Is there any way someone will resolve my issue in decent time? It's been more than 20 hours with my ETH withdrawing from you in some pending state. I'm trying to pay you more fees and you won't let me.

Please, could you resolve this quickly? I'm only asking for releasment of crypto.
Hoped to move more funds to your platform but now not sure as 3.28 ETH withdrawal seems to be a problem for EXMO. Up till now it was all great and decent platform. Hope this is not a scam. Could you help?

My ETH are also showing "Verifying" status, Don't know why but its still same from 24 hours.

I have opened support ticket #290642 for asking to reset my authenticator code, As I removed the Authenticator by mistake from my mobile, and I have no backup of Keys, So please reset my authenticator, I am waiting badly.
I am getting no Answer on Ticket also I am waiting for someone to respond me on Live chat, but seems that there is rush on live chat,
Please do resolve my issue ASAP.

There are several reasons could be that you getting this error but most probably you get this error when your Skrill account is Un-verified and you have not provided the documents for verification to skrill, Skrill put this limits on Skrill account if you using Un-verified skrill for many number of transactions.
