I think I read somewhere on Ternion's Telegram channel that they plan on launching the Exchange as soon as they can after they reach the soft cap.

According to Ternion website, you can use TRN for:
Pay Ternion Exchange Commissions with a discount
List your token on the Ternion Exchange
Get promotions via TRN Tokens
Use them for Ternion Payments fees

Well, according to Ternion wp, they will return the money if the soft cap is not reached. Fingers crossed it won't happen
