how do I run the wallet and generate a private & public key?
I downloaded the wallet from here
and downloaded
then,
I ran trance-qt.exe, and the wallet is out of sync, what now?

I use it in exactly the same way as you.
However, synchronization has also been completed and it moves perfectly.
Synchronization probably only takes a little time.

I see PoW cryptocurrency has been set up to fail and PoS too.
