The devs need to sell us this coin. Potential investors I mean. There are a whole lot of other coins that are much more established that people could be going to. Devs, any plans of sharing what plans you have for the future of this coin?

Oh young grasshopper you already know the answer you seek. Just ask oneself "why did I just buy 11,000 virtual coins, having no innovation whatsoever"? You will soon understand, we are merely a cog in the complex gear system of a profit making machine. Don;t focus on why, Crypto is the least rational thing in existence (next to love, of course), focus on predicting the next move. Asking why will drive you crazy, in a world full of shitcoins,
Funny though, usually with this much volume, the thread would be more active with hype shills. Charts tell all.

So seriously, what's the point in buying this coin? Let me first say that I just bought 11,000 of them. I'm trying to understand the psychology of buying a coin that has very little development so far. I bought because the price right now seems cheap when there are only 5 million coins. I'm assuming that supply and demand will drive the price up some, even with very little development. Is that the reason other people are buying? I mean 100+ BTC on bittrex? That's pretty good for a coin that has no plans to implement anon any time soon, and has no plans for a multipool, and for devs who have full time jobs and can't dedicate their time to this coin.

so the guys that soloed on the mac wallet got the same fair start as the guys who couldnt solo on windows ???that dont make sense

i wasnt here for launch and havent bothered mining this coin but was justing browsing forum.how can u state a fair launch when windows wallet wasnt available at launch

Wow, apparently a lot has happened in the last couple of days. Let me explain what has happened and address some of the concerns posted in here.

First, I have been out of town for work the last couple of days. One of the other members of the team was given the login info for Bitcointalk and Twitter so news could still be shared while I was gone. He then decided to fork the BlueChip code and release a coin called MACD. He also used the BlueChip account to promote his new coin. Let me assure you, that he is no longer part of the team and does not have access to any of the social media accounts or the github.

Because of everything that's happened, and some of the posts made by the former member of the team, we're going to be very transparent. Now to address some of the concerns post ITT:

1. The main dev who did the coding for BlueChip did not make MACD. We as a group did not create or profit from it.

2. The remaining members of the team have not been dumping BlueChip, and will not. It would be ridiculous at this point, a few btc for all of our time and effort? Not to mention the potential of this coin and team.

3. Regarding the anon statement, yes that is something we're working on. That particular project is Xenon on the calendar, we do not at this time have an ETA. We have several different implementations being tested at this point and are still deciding the best route to take. The former member of the group did know this of course, which is why it was posted so we decided it was best to be open.

4. A rich list is on our list of things to do, if someone would like to make one for a reasonable bounty send me a PM. Any help from the community is always appreciated.

don't know why but this coin sketches me out , the dev has some weird responses, dev the coin looks good any plans? any features coming up?

I see it too. Maybe people mining from walltes , or its dev mining

watching this coin and real want to buy but the dev hasn't answered so ... dev where u at? want your coin to succeed , talk on your thread and tell us the future plans  ,macd has great potential! anyway ill be sitting on the sidelines until the dev shows himself...

dev ignore the trolls...i would like to know if u have plans to add anon, this coin has crazy potential, going anon would get it to a price it deserves and then go from there.  whats the story?

So it is 5 or 6 milj coins in pow stage?

Dev, if you're still around and working on the coin, make a post to quiet the FUD.

edit: If you are still around, this coin is massively undervalued.  Despite the coin being added to IPO miner and having a very nice hash rate for quite some time, the after POW market cap of the coin, even assuming 12,000,000 coins, is $18,000.  The actual number of coins after POW should be far less as you stated in the OP.
