I think its because of the banks the goverment wants to do these type of stuff. banks are worried about crypto. if government regalize it people will not use banks and remove the money from banks and deposit in crypto .

Well i dont believe that much price predictions because its very difficult to predict . when bitcoin was going down people were saying  it will be rise after chinese new year which it didnt  rise , few months back there was conference  going in USA where people said bitcoin will rise again but it didnt and fell . so i believe in this type of stuff

well it depends on you if you have extra money i will say to buy bitcoin because bitcoin is lowest and its kind of almost more than 50% discount.
