I forgot the whole i0c thing after that, but couple days ago I check the blockchain with my old wallet address and I see that vircu has send my coins, so I take my old wallet and now it is sync and I have my 10k, yei.
Wow, you don't hear that often. Glad to hear it.
yes not often
the question is will bitfinex return lost BTC?
not liking the bfx tokens much
but better than what other exchanges have done
these days, why would any exchange keep 30% of their BTC online
should keep 95% BTC in cold storage

I think I found the python client. The latest version is dated April 2015. Is it still compatible with the online wallet?
Last time I used counterblock/lib or something from the official development, pointed that to the coindaddy public counterparty server together with bitcoind wallet. I was able to all counterparty functionalities thru command lines (made a vote for community leader). So I only need to have the big ass bitcoin blockchain, but do not need run the bigger ass counterparty chain. Not so bad really.
How big is the counterparty chain?

A centralized wallet is vulnerable to attack. I thought there was also a qt/core wallet. I remember a python version. What ever happened to it? Is it or another qt/core wallet being updated in sync with the web wallet development?
You can store your XCP and Counterparty assets in Bitcoin Armory and use Counterwallet to broadcast the offline transactions. That way the tokens are never accessible on the web.
Point taken, but do you know what ever happened to the python wallet? Is there any qt/core development going on?

Re: [I0C] I0coin - The Best Choice In Digital Currency
Apropos, I came up with a cute little shirt for you guys but it's gonna cost like $50 to take it from my brain and on a real shirt. I'll post a pic when I get that done.
Thant's my preemptive thanks to you guys for the quarter million $ you're gonna make me in the very near future.
See, besides my creativity [and generosity] I'm the only guy in crypto that truly believes this crazy stuff. Don't say I never supported your dreams, brothers.
We'll talk about that 10,000 i0 another time. ))
Looking forward to seeing the pic.
me too
maybe just a sneak peek for now

I'd like to update the website with links to I0coin version 0.12.0. Last chance if you want to provide any feedback on this version. So far everything I've heard implies it's a solid release.
working great for me

Re: In 20 years, what would you like to do with your bitcoin?
I am not sure whether non-main nodes of the thing just run scripts directly under PHP or require setting up a web-server for the PHP to run under, the idea of having to run a web-server kind of put me of from just setting the thing up and giving it a whirl.
