How do you distinguish "worthless" projects from worthwile? I've seen plenty of hero and seniors here wearing DiW token and other signatures, but isn't that just a good old hype? But people will follow.

At the same time, I've recently come across a VR project with a working prototype, but they didn't even have enough money for ICO and had to close the whole campaign. They're from Belarus, BTW. Really worth investing, and didn't even reach the market.

What are the best campaigns to look for if I don't have many followers on Twitter and FB but can make good, meaningful posts? I've seen how some participate in bounties: they copy and paste from the website and whitepaper, without even understanding a project.
