yes, ICN price in BTC approximates the ico price (0.00022)
but in USD it is still more than 10 times the ico price (0.123)
because so many things have happened meanwhile in the market !

Please, help me!!! Made a transfer from the wallet to Bitrex. But the purse is not fully synchronized. The coins were written off from the balance sheet but they are not on the stock exchange. what should I do? Will the transaction complete after the synchronization is complete? I agree with you... it's probably the right way to handle a lot of problems they would have with Dividens system. It makes sense business and financial wise. But they knew it before. And this is what disappoints me. The promises made, that they knew it won't happen. However....will sell ...may regret later...but honestly I don't think the buyback will raise the price. I think I will be able soon to buy back much cheaper.

So I've decided to share my reasons for being extremely happy with the announcement today:

A Dummies Guide To Implications of Today's Announcement

1. Imagine this: For the next 100 years, a portion of Iconomi's revenue will be directly and continually INJECTED into the ICN Market.  It means that ICN is pretty much the first cryptocurrency in the market with a guaranteed value -- The guaranteed value is equivalent to the portion of profit being injected into the ICN Market through the buyback program, and is proportional to the Iconomi's Revenue.  To put it simply, assume the total revenue of Iconomi platform in the next 10 years is 1 billion USD, and 10% of that is put into the buyback program, it means ICN will have a guaranteed Market Cap of $100,000,000 USD (sky is really the limit here).

2. ICN will be the very first malicious-dumper-proofed and FUD-proofed Cryptocurrency in existence.  Don't forget that a portion of Iconomi's revenue will be continually injected into the ICN market.  So any ICN priced lower than the fair valuation will automatically be removed from the market, to every investor's advantage.

A very simple example: If someone owns 10% of Amazon shares, what's preventing this individual from dumping the shares all at once and buy back at a much lower price?  The answer is Amazon's $5 billion USD stocks backbuy initiative.  As soon as the stock price drops below its fair valuation, it will get scooped up in anticipation of a future stock buyback.

3.  Not only that Iconomi's revenue will be continually injected into ICN market, ICN will also be removed from the market at a constant rate to make ICN more and more scarce.  So the 2 things combined will make ICN extremely valuable - A portion of profit being injected into ICN market on a weekly basis, Removal of ICN tokens from market to make it more scarce, which translates into the following: ICN will continue to be bought back until 1) All the ICNs are gone from the market, 2) Each ICN is worth $1000 dollars (or more).

4. ICN is truly the first crypto that rewards an investor for holding it long-term:  ICN's market cap is guaranteed to grow larger as time goes by.  An investor of ICN is guaranteed of the following: the longer you hold, the more valuable your holding will become - because your holding's value is always proportional to Iconomi's revenue and portion of profit injected into the market.  Can any other Crypto make this kind of guarantee? 

My take on today's announcement is this: ICN will have a guaranteed market cap equivalent to the portion of profit being injected into the market.  It doesn't matter whether someone wants to maliciously push the price lower, or whether there is any demand, ICN's price and market cap will always bounce back to its fair valuation, and it's guaranteed!!!!

I hope Poloniex do, the dividends distribution will be weekly I guess, I still have my ICN tokens on ICONOMI website, is there need for me to move my tokens to Ethereum wallet or I will be able to receive the it on their website also

As the article above discusses,  ICNP needs to go from its initial $4.6M to 2.7X during 2017 for a 15% annual dividend and 3.7X during 2017 for a 25% annual dividend.  Hitting 3.7X would make ICN a better dividend asset than any stock on NASDAQ and make ICONOMI a rock-star crypto on Wall Street.  

So let's look at the rock-star crypto 3.7X case.  $4.6M X 3.7 = $17M.    Profit is $17M - $4.6M = $12.4M.    Dividends to be distributed during 2017 would be 20% of that profit or $12.4M*0.20 = $2.5M.  These dividends would be distributed over 100M ICN tokens so each ICN token would receive $2.5M / 100M = 0.025 USD = 2.5 cents per ICN token over ALL of 2017.  If there was a constant weekly distribution of dividends over the 52 weeks in 2017, then the weekly distribution for each ICN would be 0.025 USD / 52 = 0.0005 USD per week or one-twentieth of a penny per week per ICN.  

So to equal the very best dividend stock on NASDAQ, ICONOMI must provide dividends per individual ICN token of $0.0005 USD per week or 0.025 USD total during all of 2017.

This analysis ignores other income streams besides ICNP.  This also ignores buying still more ICN weekly with your dividends for a compounding effect.

Getting back to the quote at the top of this post, EVERYBODY would be very satisfied with $0.10 weekly dividend per individual ICN.  This would mean ICONOMI would be paying out out $0.10 * 52 = $5.20 during 2017 on each ICO $0.1257 ICN token.  They would need $5.20 * 100M = $520M in cash to distribute as dividends to meet this 0.10USD per week per ICN target.  If this half-billion dollar dividend pool came from 20% of ICNP total profits, then the ICNP profits need to be $520M/0.2 = $2.6 billion.  With a B.  Growing the ICNP from its current $4.6M to $2.6046B is a multiplier of 566X, in a direct comparison of the 3.7X multiplier above that would make ICONOMI a NASDAQ rock star.

Hope is a good thing for the human mind to have.  Math is a better thing for the human mind to have.

Now, is ICN a panic sell if they can't hit a ridiculous 566X profit multiplier and turn ICNP into a multi-billion dollar fund in under 12 months to feed everybody's totally unrealistic dreams of $0.10 weekly profits per ICN?  Not at all.

ICN IS NOT A PANIC SELL WHEN YOU SUDDENLY REALIZE THE TRUTH ABOUT IT.   IT IS A DEFINITE BUY.

ICONOMI is not aimed at crypto children that don't know enough math to realize when their dreams are ridiculous.  ICONOMI is aimed at traditional fiat investors that currently have WAY WAY WAY more money to invest than the entire total in crypto right now.  And those traditional fiat investors are all crazy starved for income yield since the central banks have collapsed interest rates to zero over the past eight years.  

IF ICONOMI CAN HIT A 3.7X MULTIPLIER FOR ICNP TO BECOME BETTER THAN ANY OTHER NASDAQ DIVIDEND INVESTMENT, TRADITIONAL INVESTORS WILL POUR HUGE AMOUNTS INTO BUYING UP ICN TOKENS TO SECURE THAT DIVIDEND LEVEL FOR THEMSELVES.

Traditional fiat investors do not live in the crypto dream fantasy world of hoping for 566X multipliers on crypto-ICO performance funds.  They live in the real world where they will pour HUGE sums of money into purchasing any investment that can give them a 25% annual return on their money.  

That may be ICN tokens very soon, if ICONOMI can turn $4.6M into $17M during 2017 by investing ICNP funds into startup crypto efforts.

And you certainly should not panic about putting your money into something that could quite easily give you 25% or more return on your investment annually.

This is an easy to use basic guide for an extra layer of encryption that can't be cracked by even the best government agencies. For those who want to be extra careful with leaving backups laying around in plain sight, or if you are afraid of losing it while you take a backup with you I suggest you use the open source encryption tool called VeraCrypt (get it here https://veracrypt.codeplex.com)
After installation open the program and click the "Create Volume" button, then create an encrypted file container by pressing "Next".
A Standard VeraCrypt file is very good for creating an uncrackable file so click "Next" again.

Then select the location and filename you want to store it before copying it to various physical or digital places. You can basically use any file format you want for this. As a random suggestion you can name the file "haha.mp3"
Why name it as an .mp3 file? Because nobody will ever expect it to have your precious Stratis coins inside (or other digital gold)

It is strongly adviced to use 3-cascades algorithm like "(AES(Twofish(Serpent))" and as hash algorithm SHA-512 for MAXIMUM security and encryption.
Press "Next" when done. A filesize of 10 MB is more than enough to store multiple cryptocoins inside. Even 1 MB is enough for a backup of the Stratis wallet. Click "Next"

Read the guide in the program for a good password. Now select your password and double type it as confirmation. Click "Next"
Move your mouse as randomly possible within the program to generate an increased cryptographic strength of the encryption key until the red bar turns full into the color green until the end. Press "Format"

Encryption will begin and you will get a message in screen that it was created successful.

How to load the encrypted file container (and store your file in it)
Go back to the VeraCrypt program and select a drive letter. Select the encrypted file "haha.mp3" in this case and click "Mount"

Type your password and select "OK"
It will load the encrypted file container and now you can access the selected drive letter on your computer. Copy your Stratis wallet.dat inside it and after that click "Dismount"

Congratulations! You now have a maximum encrypted wallet as backup that you can store anywhere AND take with you. In case you lose the copy you don't have to worry about it.
And as always make multiple backups and do not forget any password
