Re: Eudaemon: A peer-to-peer electronic identity system

How to create a proper backup of Kudos wallet?

The best way to backup your identity is by selecting guardians under the backup identity option under your profile menu. This uses threshold cryptography implemented in Sharmir's Secret Sharing System. It requires that you have at least two trusted peers that know you personally and can verify you in the event of your identity loss and recovery process.

Kudos is derived from your identity - there is no separate key to be backed up. As long as your identity is backup up your kudos is also then backed up.

Finding reliable identities at this stage can be difficult, what is the proper way to do a self backup and save my identity?

For everyone who waiting the signature bounty, the signature set is already designed, but from what i saw on this threads you're really waiting for the bounty , but current allocated coin for trial signature bounty is only enough for 3 higher rank, im requesting more luck to have more opportunity for low rank member to participants with us, lets see if dev will give more token for the bounty to get massive feedback from community.

Why aren't you wearing Luck signature set?

Sherlock.Holmes: what is the difference between nodekey file and keys in keystore folder?

Also can we mine using the same public key on multiple machines?

the first chain have 228664 blocks. The processed data size is about 2G. The system is account type, so each block needs to be processed.

Thanks, and roughly how much time should it take to sync from scratch on average PC?

Sync is slow, is there a bootstrap or a way to speed it up?

How big is the chain in total currently?

dosent seem to have much marketing tho : /
year and 1/2 old coin, only 3 pages on the ANN thread Sad
did this even hit an exchange?

i think you should LOOK at the commits before saying theres work done lol

Impressive amount of work visible in the github since announcement. This is rare for a small projects, who often just do initial commit, and that's all.  The only thing is that bitcointalk activity is too small. If project has some future (I hope it has, as I see a real work done) it also needs to be promoted more !

theres like one a month for the last year : /

https://github.com/n-y-z-o/nyzoVerifier/graphs/commit-activity

and only a web wallet, yuck

Wow, so much misinformation in one post from a Legendary member.

Firstly, its not even a year old coin yet, mainnet launched in September 2018.
Secondly, it's listed on qtrade and a couple other exchanges.
Thirdly, you should LOOK at the actual commits and what they contain. One version = one commit. There has been SEVEN new versions this month. In April there were also SEVEN new releases.

What would be the size of Zano blockchain if it contained all BTC transactions. BTC is around 200 GB atm, how much does Zano improve this aspect?

How many transactions per second is Zano capable of?

This question is very important actually, and as soon as we got stable testnet and finished with urgent improvements we'll run stress test's on testnet and see exactly how it act on hight load.

Performance is one of our priorities!

Do let us know the results.
