Does Steemit or Blocktrades have a help desk?

I transferred 1 BTC to add additional Steem Power to my steemit.com account more than twelve hours ago. The transaction went through almost immediately and the steem power was credited to my account within 10 minutes of transferring the 1 BTC from Poloniex. I then transferred an additional 1.5 BTC to buy additional Steem Power. The transaction went through. However, the steem power was never credited to my steemit.com account for the 1.5 BTC. Any suggestions?

The 1 BTC transfer (c020dd395c897afa3ea6303e4ab8064df08c416f508ba7ed1e42abfaddde75e9) has 66 confirmation as of this posting. I was credited Steem Power for this transaction within ten minutes of the transfer.

The 1.5 BTC transfer (a95b81d5caf76b77b59393bdb3d6a459d0a38ca413d05ab504ed6a0a2579c537) has 65 confirmations as of this posting. I was NOT credited Steem Power for this transaction.

Both transactions went to 1JHZ5vAgkdW2npJ6NcE6MiQo5BHFL21jRs. This is the address associated with my steemit.com account and is used for purchasing Steem Power with BTC by way of Blocktrades.

Two transactions from my lisk.io Web wallet have been stuck clearing to my Bittrex address for about 10 hours. My lisk.io Web wallet is showing over 3000 confirmations but no coins in my Bittrex account. Has anyone else experienced this?
Still no resolution of the above issue. My two large transfers from the lisk blockchain, as assessed from the lisk.io login, to my Bittrex LSK address still have not credited to my Bittrex account. Logging in via lisk.io shows thousands of confirmations for the two transfers. I am not sure what the developer can do. Bittrex appears to be dragging their feet at resolving the issue. Suggestions?

Deal with Bittrex. I have never had one problem with my LISK that is why most of us use POLONIEX not BITTREX. So we dont encounter these issues. This is not the place to post questions about your coins on BITTREX. It has something to do with them on their end. Nothing to do with LISK. Please post relevant things here that people will be interested in. That is a private matter you should be dealing directly with BITTREX for. They respond quickly I know richie will help you.

i have make tens or even hundred of transactions, between poloniex, bittrex and even wallet to wallet but never have any problem, not after first day. i just don't understand these people keep having these kind of problems with no explanation or a photo shot.
These people! Shocked Chill dude! My transfers to poloniex were fine. My first transfer to bittrex was fine but following two have not registered to my account. I am sure Bittrex will resolve the issue. I have submitted a support ticket.

I consolidated LSK from several addresses into one via the login.lisk.io site. All but one of the transfers confirmed almost instantly. However, one of the transfers still has not confirmed after more than 30 minutes. The transactions randomly appears and disappears from my Latest Transactions window in the consolidated account. Has anyone else experience this phenomenon?

Please send it again from another official node.

https://lisktools.io/pNodes.php
Problem solved. Thanks!

How long does it take before the second passphrase is active? I added a second passphrase via the login.lisk.io site; however, I am still able to login with just my primary passphrase.

Just checked one of my login passphrases on the login.lisk.io site for the first time since the launch. My lisks are there safe and sound. Trying to decide if I should keep them on the lisk site or try to install the non-windows wallet and download them to my desktop. I don't plan on trading them anytime soon. Wish I could consolidate them into one place for delegate voting purposes. Any suggestions?

You can keep it right there but i would suggest you take it. install a wallet and move your lisk on your computer. you never know someone with bad intention bust their server out and leave you nothing.
better keep it safe, if you are not comfortable, dont put all your eggs on one basket.
Not familiar with Linux. Is there a simple guide for installing the wallet under Windows 10?

You don't need to move them anywhere. They aren't saved on any computer. Your LSK are saved on the decentralized network and only your passphrase grants access to them.
Thanks for responding. I know the dev team is very busy. I have one more question. Do you recommend consolidating my LSK from multiple addresses/passphrases to one address/passphrase on the decentralized network if I decide to just leave them there? It seems best to consolidate for voting purposes. It also seems best to keep them in multiple addresses for security purposes.

It's easier to consolidate and have them in one account, yes. But, having them in different addresses makes them more secure. The difference in voting weight will be the extra 1 LSK you need to spend to vote with both account.

Also, please make sure to enable the 2nd passphrase. It's a must in my opinion, it really secures your addresses to another level.
I will keep them on the decentralized network, consolidate and enable 2nd passphrase. Thanks.

The price directly represents how the community feels...

If the launch wasn't so horrible... I believe some sellers may have held.  Or it may have scared some buyers.

This selling frenzy probably isn't over, as frustrated ICO buyers will just want to be rid of the head ache...

I'm nearly to the same conclusion... Bad launch after 2month delay, just kind of makes you wonder what else will happen in the future.

Idk how to feel. I have 35k lisk i cant touch... I was planning on buying more with 20btc, but I think i will pass. Which im curious as to how many others are doing the same.

It's just a hiccup. It will pass. I see more value in Lisk today than when I first invested in the ICO. I scooped up more coins even though I cannot access my wallet at the moment. I am in it for the long term. Looking for a good delegate pool to join. I know there are several available.

Did anyone read the presale agreement.

https://ico.lisk.io/presale.pdf

As I already pointed before (and never received an clarification)
Quote
You agree to purchase and we agree to sell, on the terms set forth
herein, your Resulting Distribution. Your purchase paid with BTC is final. We will not
provide any BTC refund of the purchase price under any circumstances. Purchases
with XCR can be refunded until the 1st May 2016. Only the exact amount of XCR used
to purchase LISK can be refunded

People are allowed to receive a XCR refund after the tokens are launched. Feel real skeptical about this.
thats interesting, what are the terms to request an XCR refund.
are the devs burning any XCR not refunded? or is everyone getting XCR back and getting lisk for free?
I am almost sure that any request for an XCR refund would have to be accompanied by that individual surrendering the exact number of LISKs issued for those XCRs. Would those surrendered LISKs be proportionally distributed to LISK investors? That's the question to ask! Giving them back to the investors makes sense to me since we would have received them anyhow if those refunded XCRs were never in the mix.

Re: [RADS] Radium - Bringing Advanced Utility to the Blockchain
by
cryptodance
on 25/02/2016, 01:31:06 UTC
What's the point of turning Radium into Radon instead of just using Radium to pay for blockchain services? I'm sure there is one, just curious about what's going on there.

When you turn Radium into Radon, you are pre-paying a fee (via a high fee transaction ) to those supporting the blockchain by staking.  The Radium received acts as a pre-paid token the owner can then spend to pay for blockchain based services. Using this method, the fee handling is 100% decentralized, and is randomly distributed among the stakes. There is no need for specialized masternodes to handle fee distribution, as it is all handled directly in the chain. As the use of the SmartChain increases, and more people are turning Radium into Radon, the stakers will earn more rewards, as the blocks will include not only the staking reward, but also the Radium generation fees.

Please let me know if that needs more clarification. To the best of my knowledge, Radium SmartChain is the only project to use such a system, so there is not much to draw a comparison to.

Peace!

JJ
Did you mean to say "The Radium received acts as a pre-paid token ..." or "The Radon received acts as a pre-paid token ..."?

At least it seems CIRC is the "better" of all the recent new clusterfuck of poor coins. Here's to hoping it has some consistent development/news/price increase again.

Yep. The good thing for us is that unlike most coins that have a long absence by the devs this one actually has an asset worth the price of the coin alone. The bot is cheaper in comparison than anything else on the market and that alone means people will continue to buy regardless of dev activity.

Notice how even when people sell 15,000+ coins - there is quickly a buy order for even more just a bit under teh sell price? This is classic bait and accumulation. Weeding out those who would dump at any opportunity and putting the coins back in the hands of those who are happy to hold for much, much more.

I did a dump of 11242 circ coins yesterday and a dump of 16718 coins today. Yes, I am still a whale and still believe in the coin. I love the bot ... loving it! I just wish it could do Timed Sells, like it does Timed Buys.
I dumped to free up some BTC to buy more GCR. I may dump another 15K circ tomorrow ... or maybe not. I don't want to drop below whale status. Whale status is required for access to the Bittrex api. Frankly, I care more about access to the bot than the price of the coin. Any news on Rhinohunter?

Good man for fronting up - I knew it would be someone freeing up capital to ride the waves elsewhere as opposed to an outright exit. I had 110,000 CIRC and was the number 1 staker for the first 2 weeks until I sold up the order book to 15,000. Got the timing off but still profited nicely. I'm accumulating again - around 50,000 thus far to go with my 36,000 odd I purchased on Sunday. My goal is to buy back 100,000 for one third or less but I doubt people will sell me another 50K at these prices.
Yea! I also plan to start buying back in about a week ... maybe sooner. I hope I don't regret dumping those circs at 2800.

Transaction times are just much slower right now. I don't think there are as many people staking as before, so it's taking a lot longer for transactions and confirmations. Give it some time, restart your wallet, and they'll show up eventually. I had a transaction that took close to 12 hours to go through and show up in the wallet.
Thanks. I will wait for the coins to show up.
