First of all, I've checked your numbers and in my case they are different. 669.96670022 and 666.62522041. On the right side I have 666.62522041 instead of 668.something, even worse than you.
Also if you enter the same number in a different order, the results are different (LOL).
Now the answer to your question, with my numbers:
0.39242276 * 1703.00000009 = 668.29596031
left side: 669.96670022 - 668.29596031 = 1.67
right side: 668.29596031 - 666.62522041 = 1.67
1.67 / 668.29596031 = 0.0024 = 0.24%
I knew of 0.20% fee, but it looks like it's closer to 0.25%.
However, the math looks pretty good imho.
Edit: I don't get your 10$ math. I've set the same numbers in the first cells at left and right to make everything correct and not compare apples with oranges. I hope that you have understood mine.
10 USD for crypto to go up to get any plus of 1 USD..Look one more time at the numbers.You see 1703 bought price and 1707 selling price..That should be 4 USD earning right? When you take SELLING fee 0.25% that would be $4 - $1.6 = 2.4 USD
Im in MINUS 1 USD so that means they actualy stole me 3.4 USD on this trading.
However, this NEVER happened to other sites, my friends doesn't have this crazy fee at other sites, we tested Poloniex and it's working perfectly just like the numbers were shown.
I just can't belive what im seeing.This is why i don't gain anything big when trading in 20-30 USD range.

Few weeks ago i was telling that lot's of things are going to happen and will..I have a friend that is very close to VERY tight source of information..He damn knew that IBM will come aboard and since then i started to belive in his "sources" .How does he knows, he don't want to tell me.He said "Just buy as much as you can and watch, XLM is going 1 USD pretty soon" .Thats why im buying and waiting, what else can i do.This all things looking very promising

News can temporary make a momentum and raise coin a bit which can make a nice space to make a nice trade.This price is obvious and rest asured that this is maybe the LAST moment to get XLM on this price.Because, the upcoming news AFTER the fork will make it rise more and more.Maybe will not explode so much but will rise above 0.05 pretty soon.Only because there is lot's of things that is already happening and getting network preparation for big traffic.

The thing you should consider is that there are no significant transactions on Stellar network right now.What will happen in the near future is that when IBM starts to USE XLM..Then you will see the Stellar network quite bussy and that is going to skyrocket the whole story.The news are just a beginners pump.

That's the main problem with Stellar: distribution has not ended. Remaining coins can be dumped at the exchange whenever individuals who control the reserved coins see fit. If you wonder why the price has not gone up despite good news that would put other coins in stratosphere - here is your answer.
I would like to know that as well. And also are the remaining coins locked in any way or could they be freely distributed anytime?
That would lead to coin bancrupcy.
Thats why there is "white paper" where coin developers are actualy revealing their plans..That could happen only by software and not monetary character called "hard fork" where the coin is improved by security and many other things.And second, there is community and even institution behind that and thats impossible to happen just like that.
BIG players like IBM have trust in Stellar and NOT to other coins and that is not coincidence.Have that in mind when asking yourself a question is it SAFE to invest..Yes, it is and im sure they know perfectly what they are doing.
Will Stellar been rosen again? It looks like that after dramatic pumps due to news from Microsoft payments system, it plummeted, partially because Bitcoin price.
90% of you probably don't know one fact about this Coin..And 90% of holders will dump it in the near future..The rest of us will wait because, if you educate yourself and read some news for god sake, you will see what's coming.
