I use a very basic one which cost less than 100 bucks. I hate smartphones, your friends and family are saying you are unsocial if you miss their call.
Instead of calling it a smartphone, I prefere madphone.

You need to make your question a bit more specific. Aliens with an itelligence somewhere in the universe? Yes I believe they are out there. Have we been visited by aliens? I don't think so.
Do you considere a bactery as alien? I believe the entire universe is full of bacteries and micro organisms.

Normally, when you install the 2FA, the website (let's say an exchange) provides a private key.
If you forgot to write down the key, then turn off the 2FA and then turn it on again, and off course when you turn it back on, you write down the private key and keep it in a safe place.
