Re: BITCOIN = FUTURE
by

While It is good to be positive, I am however a realist and will sell that with all the murkiness of the present crypto environment, it is going to be the future i.e. bitcoin, but much needs to be done before we see that reality with us. It is going to be fun to see when the whole system naturalises to the bitcoin usage.

Re: When will the price of cryptocurrencies be stable?
by

It is quite painful and pitiful that the prices continue to be an up and down swing and very unpredictable as the markets have remained in the red  beyond the expectation of the crypto pundits. When the market is going to heal and stabilise is a matter of conjecture and speculation, but I hope it is soon.

Re: Walmart Sells Bitcoin at $1
by

It is good to know that a major sales outlet like Walmart is selling (and probably accepting) bitcoins in the single unit dollar range. It is a boost and a turn around for the market as well as sending a message to the pessimist that the sales outlet is ready to accept the bitcoin. It is also a sense that they have an eye for remaining relevant.

Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET

I am quite sure this is a proof that there have been many occasions of compromised accounts on the bitcoin platform either by sheer carelessness or ignorance or both. There is a need for all and sundry to take heed irrespective of your status, location or activity. This way we contribute to the stability of the markets and business.

Many factors are yet to be drawn before crypto can be stable. As long as there is not some form of regulation to curtail the large incursion of the crypto sphere of fraudsters, scam and unreal programs, bogus promises and deliberate attempt and inducement to cheat and defraud people, then the market will not see price stability soon. It is a fair drawn conclusion!

Re: Be careful with fake exchanges
by
cryptofeel
on 15/09/2018, 19:13:36 UTC
For those of you traders, please be careful with fake exchanges, because I found a VERY SAME exchange that makes no difference at all like the exchange on EtherDelta, the fake exchange link that I saw I got from my Gmail inbox, which message it was contains about giving tokens like AIRDROP, and there I am given a registration form link and in the form there is a fake EtherDelta link, and this is the link http://EtherDelta.website, and this is the original EtherDelta link https://etherdelta.com/. There is no difference at all in the two exchanges, the images, features and others are exactly the same, so please be careful.

Secure your private key, secure your wallet, do not easily believe things that invite you to get rich instantly, do not easily trust advertisements, because crime is not just at one door, who knows there are many other fake exchanges, therefore be careful.

This points to the fact that the crypto world is full of sharks and wolves who would go at any length to scam or defraud people of their hard earned money. It also goes to point that if this continues, these kind of events will continue to give the crypto atmosphere a bad name - talk of giving a dog a bad name and hanging it.- We must be our brothers keeper and ensure stuffs like this don't go unexposed.

Re: Bitcoin can be a national treasure.

Yes. For the countries and techs that so afar and bought early into the concept especially while they could buy much with little, there is so much to be benefited from engaging in the asset business and portfolio. Countries like China, South Korea and Japan where the cost of mining is relatively lower stand a far better chance of gaining financially when they mine the coins.

Re: Soon we would not need banks

I don't think so. On the contrary, there is going to be a stabilisation and firming of the fiat currency business and transactions, in order to keep their customers and clients coming. No one is just going  to fold their arms and see their family and age long business, source of livelihood go down the drain without giving a formidable fight, so this is going to make the wiping of banks a long time future occurrence.

If you sold all that's your choice and may have a deeper reason than that. I am sure, very positive that the markets will rally and will bring a turn around in the bitcoin prices and will make the pessimists turn red in envy and make the crypto enthusiasts a lot more happier and encouraged.

The idea of causing people to panic or create an FUD only is possible in the hearts of the feeble, the uninformed and the ignorant of the history and pattern in which the bitcoin markets and challenges have been will show that there is more to be expected from the bitcoin markets and the trend! Keep calm and watch the markets restore!

This certainly is a welcoming news and a leverage for the crypto innovation and financial revolution. I am happy that auto companies like Rolls Royce and BMW and some other South Korean auto companies have started accepting the bitcoin currency as a means of payment for their products and services. It is good to hear that you carried out a successful transaction with them. Congrats mate!

Re: BTC is near end, proof block 2
by

on 14/09/2018, 05:35:44 UTC
Well you have 'some' proofs as that is how you think it is however, I will take you on the issue of the Ponzi scheme. A ponzi scheme is a triangular or pyramidal flow from the TOP to the BOTTOM (and not the way you pointed it) It must be also understood that the idea of ponzi is to take from one person and pay the peple upward. this is NOT the case with bitcoin as no one has asked me to pay so that they can pay the people before me and also asking those underneath me to pay money before I can be paid. Bitcoin started over 9years ago and I am not aware of a ponzi that has last that long not even the dot.com bubble. so btc is Not a scam!

This is not the end. Its another phase and a testimony to the fact that the bitcoin and crypto is here to stay. Nothing can stop it from happening in the way we have anticipated it to happen. It will soon be right and all will smile again. Go bitcoin!

Re: MTGOX2 - KEEP YOU`R BITCOIN SAVE
by

The question I would want  to ask in the midst of all this is: Was the Mt.Gox a hoax or a deliberately manipulated system and exercise to wreak havoc in the market. If the Mt. Gox situation was fully analysed, will there be laxity on the side of the managers and procurators of the assets in Mt Gox?
Well, for me hodling is not an option but a choice that will protect my assets and paper wallet or nano wallets are very good.

Bitcoin certainly will bounce back in prices and do well technologically. At the moment the present predicament of the coin is such that it is internally shedding off the excess and unwanted weights, it is going through the fire of reliabilty and will come out later as the Unicorn! There is very great potential in the bitcoin and all are advised to begin to take it seriously!

If you bought at $3k and sold at $17k then you made profits indeed as you said. Why will it now be difficult to believe that a turn around in the prices of bitcoin will not happen whether immediately or remotely. Those who have a working history of the bitcoin market story will always tell you to relax and wait to see the miracle that is set to happen very soon. And sure it does as it will soon do.

Re: Can i get my bitcoin back?

I am quite sure at the moment recovering of private keys to access the contents of the wallet will be very difficult. This is why it is important that what is mined is not stored on a device but on a cold wallet and may be in the cloud. To lose a device holding precious assets like the bitcoin is to regret when the prices are up and you are desperately in need of cool cash! Its quite difficult to recover private keys bro!

Re: Three things you should not do when Bitcoin prices drop!
by
cryptofeel
on 12/09/2018, 05:43:49 UTC
When the price begins to drop is not the time to ever think of selling, except, of course you are very much in the profit margin. Then you must understand if the market prices will depreciate for long and hence sell quickly or else, if it is just a glitch then it is advised that you hold the fort!. The best thing to do when the prices fall again is to invest- yes buy more coins and hold them. It slows the downward slide (if you buy a chunk) and then gives you a potential profit in future.
