Yes, it’s very very important to use the right wallet! ideally you want something that:

-give you private keys
-frequently updated
-hard to hack (web or desktop not so good)
-customize transaction fees
-strong team and long vision

so based on these criteria, I suggest my fav wallet, Trustwallet! (which even got acquired by Binance!)

you could split your capital and invest half in bitcoin and half in stock market? don’t invest in banks lol, those are gonna put it in some crappy fund..

do your own research, gets some facts and data that can help and make more sense for your parent to understand and accept.. be ready to lose aswell!

I wish I could use a crypto card! I ordered my Tenx card back in december and joined in the queue with Monaco, guess what after 6months.. still no working cards!!!

im considering other providers and using Revolut which is not a full crypto card.. alao the lack of updates from this companies is terrible experience.. anybody using a good crypto  card right now?

Many many factors and at the same time, making it very hard to predict any major movement:

-news (true and fake ones)
-market movements
-new cryptos
-government policies
-social trends

Also stuff that we are not aware and behind the scene massive manipulations!

Yes, due mostly to more affordable price and limited supply, some coins can move much faster than Bitcoin and Ethereum

if we look at last year performance of top crypto, the new projects like Neo and Nem they moved much faster with huge gains

I tot understand the feeling, myself I havent been interested of bitcoin for most of the time as I didnt have any knowledge about it

now that Im in for about 1year, had pretty cool returns, I tried to convince other friends to joing and learn more but they dont get it..

so sad, I guess we still need better education!

I strongly agree and by education I mean understanding of basic finance (to budget and manage your capital) and investing principles (to know how to keep and growth your capital)

A lot of people come into crypto but lack that education and often risk their entire capital without that basic knowledge and they dont manage to stay in the game for too long.

I think the best countries are those where there’s more openess for cryptos and blockchain tech and many businesses are able to accept cryptos:

- Japan is the top one right now, a lot of acceptance and more usage compared to other countries,
- Singapore seems yo be coming second close, with all the investments and ICO happening,

I hope more and more countries will follow the example!

it really depends on the specific project! I tend to hold most of my tokens and rarely sell..

last month I gave some to my friends just to teach them about crypto and so on.. in one week they grew over 200%!!!

Im sure many projects will fail so I probably must get rid at some point of bad projects, but i’m a bit lazy lol

I almost did it myself, going all in with all my savings... thank god I didnt do it, as it was just right in the bear market deep!

so keep in mind, we cannot predict what is gonna happen tomorrow, thats why is better to stll diversify and never go all in with out savings

we really can lose everything!

there is a paid app for new coin listed on exchanges, u can look on appstore I don’t remember the name sorry

what I do, I use twitter and I created a specific list with all the main exchanges, so thats what I ise for new listings

on my phone I use coinstats app (manage many portfolios for friends and family) and bituniverse (auto sync with my top exchanges)

I use both centralized and decentralized exchanges, my favorite ones are:

-IDEX: dex exchange, list all the new ICO tokens, easy to use (when its not down lol) but overall a lot of room to grow
-HUOBI: chinese exchange, very solid monile app (I trade from my phone), a lot of coins, plenty of contest and airdrops!

I think Bitcoin it’s not the problem but how all the different UI and application around it that are making it more complex than it should be

we need to improve in the same way bank and credit cards have hided all the complexity of using their tech

I always think about the average folks like Mums and grannies have really hard time understanding cryptos

I think trading is worth it only if you know what you are doing and have acquired enough experience!

trading its one of those things that are simple to pick up and do but very hard to master, it takes a lot of study in the background and most of people dont see it

but I guess the rewards are huge and its one of the best way to make money by using market leverages!

I used to use MEW but after the recent hack I switched over better wallet like Trustwallet, the reason?

-Mew site got hacked and phished so many times, even lately with a DNS attack
-U can use Mew only on desktop, no mobile app
-UI is terrible and confusing
-u have to manually add new tokens > Trust does it automatically!
