Hm .. we all know that this wont happen. Same reason the updates of the last week are still not posted here: nobody gives a damn about this forum anymore. And that is ok. I wont miss it I must say ..
Thanks, we'll discuss about this. Over 140 pages here is something we currently don't want to lose.
Just my words! Keep this thread and don't listen to those other people.
Thanks, maybe we'll add more information to #1 and new ann will be posted here frequently 140 pages is something we really don't want to lose
call me old school but ann is always what I check first when checking out a coin for first time. I see no benefit to creating another ann.
Hey guys Mining on grinmint - is it possible to payout to a grinbox address? Right now only seeing http and email (which for some reason I'm not receiving). Thanks
Grin does not have "addresses." Did you open the account with the +random value added to the e-mail? You may have to open a support ticket with the pool if you are not getting the e-mail with the tx file.
Thanks, Yeah I did with the +random value. Tried twice and both times didn't receive the email. I didn't see a way to open a support ticket so I emailed support@blockcypher.com. Have you tried both email and http methods?

Re: [ANN] BEAM | Mimblewimble | Private | Scalable | No ICO | No Pre Mine
can you create multiple instances of the same wallet from different machines? ie, is each instance unique or can you tie them together with the same userid? tia!
You can log into your ZelCore account on any device you wish. On a new device, register a local account using the EXACT same username and password for your account, then login and you have access to the same wallet.
Thanks...so that means username/pword are stored centrally somewhere right? Not sure I like that.
Nothing is stored or transmitted (we are also very against centrally storing any user info so we do not do this practice at all). The username and password are hashed together to create a master private key to access the wallet, and all the hashing functions are performed locally on your device. This is also why there is no recovery option if you lose your login credentials so store them securely, best is pen/paper and in a very secure place.
Thanks for clarifying. Since login info is used as the unique seed, if a user chooses a poor user name and password (ie. admin/abcde) or if by chance another user has the same username/password combo funds could be compromised.
