At tradingbot.org while purchasing it asks for my API key. I assume this is the API key from the exchange I will use... But why does the reseller need the API key info?

Feel better this happened to others too. Its quite frustrating rush to pay within 5min, see 5 confirmations before 1 hour and still see the expired status. So according to everyone is wait one day? Is there a particular type of ticket I should open?

I am right there with you. I have gone through this in the past with them though... but never with BitCoin Cash. So I will be freaking out while I wait for order confirmation too. I bought 4... which wipes me out (I am a small time guy trying to catch up.) I've got 2 units... so I hope that with 6 mining away I can create enough of a nest egg that in 7 years life will be much easier.
