all your observations are correct, we (the community) are trying to do the proofreading of the website and give them some input .

It is good to see different opinion around any coin. Your observation regarding SAFEX may turn out to be correct, or it may apply to all crypto markets (except BTC and ETH). I don't think that for eg $NEO should be were it is but the market doesn't listen to me.
Regarding your concern to $SAFEX please join the slack https://safex.slack.com, channel #safexvolunteers (which I maintain) and give your feedback regarding what can be improved (critics are more then welcomed).

for me in crypto this means: "Give me a strong community and I'll accomplish anything" just look at BTC.

That man is one of the world experts in evaluation and he cannot evaluate Bitcoin, there are no landmarks to guide you.
