What is your reason for using smart waves contract? Does not ETH have more interest, and everyone sees good projects often emerge from the ETH platform
We use waves, because we believe in waves 
And the price of the wave contract will be several times cheaper than on ETH.
This is very important, because system has transactions with a small amount (up to a dollar for example) and ETH contract will simply cost more than the service itself.
Currently smart contracts are not available on the Waves platform. When will they be available? Which programming language will be used to program them?

You offer a project based on the Ethereum network, yet you don't use the one benefit it provides
The project won't run on the Ethereum network.That you will run your own blockchain is known. But currently we are talking about the tokens you will send to the investors after the end of distribution phase 2. These will be ERC-20 tokens created on the ethereum blockchain.
1 - That makes no sense. You can still use a smart contract for the Ether payments and your own system for the BTC payments. The benefit for your investors is that with a smart contract your tokens will be automatically and certainly distributed, while with your approach there is only a promise and nothing else. The whole point of using a smart contract is to avoid the middle man, which is you. You offer a project based on the Ethereum network, yet you don't use the one benefit it provides. That is counter-intuitive and can be interpreted as a possibility to scam.
akhavr, please explain, why you don't use a smart contract to handle the token sale.

Interesting. Sale policy has been changed today, a day after start of ico sale. The mentioned paragraph has been changed now. Wow, changing the rules of the game when the game has already been started.

Changing the terms of the contract after investors have given you their money.
I only invested 10ETH, but I am completely disappointing by the lack of transparency and integrity this project is showing.
It's getting even worse. Now they state, that tokens are distributed 30-60 day AFTER second distribution phase ended (https://dmarketio.slack.com/archives/C65BE4X1T/p1503077355000541). The updated sale policy (https://dmarket.io/assets/documents/DMarket_tokens_sale_policy_EN.pdf) 3.7 reads now "3.7. The amount of DMarket Tokens to be provided to a User shall be specified in Users Account on the Website upon completion of DMarket Tokens purchase by the User. The DMarket Tokens shall be sent to the Users personal respective cryptocurrency wallet by the end of DMarket Tokens Sale phase #2 as defined in the Whitepaper and on the Website."
So they didn't only change the sale policy AFTER the sale already started but now they are stating again something different than written in the updated policy.

for everybody who is thinking about investing in this company here some information which could be of interest.
i checked this ico in detail and under the bottomline several red flags were raised for me, so i decided to not invest.
1. no hardcap limit for contribution phase 2 announced yet (https://dmarketio.slack.com/archives/C65BE4X1T/p1502453544630660).
2. in their slack i got the information, that the tokens are sent to the personal eth wallet after the end of distribution phase 1 which would be at August 21th (https://dmarketio.slack.com/archives/C65BE4X1T/p1502964913000142). in fact they are sent at the end of sales phase 2 (November 2017) (https://dmarketio.slack.com/archives/C65BE4X1T/p1503046448000097). in sale policy 3.7 (https://dmarket.io/assets/documents/DMarket_tokens_sale_policy_EN.pdf) stated again differently. here is stated, that tokens are sent immediately after payment is received.
3. it is possible to contribute with Skins.cash tokens. it was stated on the homepage and in the whitepaper that in phase 1 can only be contributed with btc and eth.
for me 1. is the most important one, but 2+3 shows that the company does not what it says it would do. it's hard to earn trust that way.
