FYI - MurfCoin infrastructure has been updated (Block Explorer/Mining Pool/Seeds). Project is still running. Someday in future we can list and hopefully get the funds required to make the coin useful to shelters.

Fixed up the explorer! Coin is still going - recent downtrends in crypto mean its been next to impossible to get it on any kind of exchange.

The monitoring for the main seed node failed, and I did not see that the chain had stalled. It's back now.
In terms of doing something with the coin, I did try to get it listed on major and minor exchanges, but it was probably poor timing as the whole market was dying at the time.
Do you think you could help with getting it listed?

Your explorer has been frozen since June 22nd. Can you look into that?
I'd like to make a sizable Fluff donation to the rescue wallet, but I'd like to see you actually do something with this. No work as the lead dev towards a listing means the coins have zero value outside of the ten of us who appear to be playing in this sandbox. You say its a part time project, but honestly I don't see you spending ANY time on it. Recruit some folks if you can't spend any time on it. Or had it off to someone who can actually make it do what you intended for it to do.

What version of the client are you using?
Try right click and "Abandon Transaction", this will put the coins back in your wallet, maybe the fee is too low or the target address does not exist.

Still working on it. I think with the state of the markets right now its harder for new coins to get visibility

I would like to know how to label a wallet on the explorer for a rescue and know what I can do to help with progress of this foundation
Hi - to label a foundation DM me the details because I have to do it on the server. In terms of getting involved, biggest blocker right now is getting on an exchange but we also need help with social media. DM me your skill set though as Im sure you could help with something for sure

Thanks! Some coin wallets get flagged by Avast (some of my Altcoins wallets have the same problem MurfCoin does)
Because of all the botnet mining, it flags a lot of crypto stuff. Other AVs may also do the same. But the wallet is fine, you can see the source code if your worried :-)

Is there any way to monitor my share and hash rate through the pool? Most pools have an option to search for stats by wallet address. Is that possible with the Murfcoin pool?
Hey TShaw, you can see your shares and hash rate on the workers screen, is that what you mean? It shows shares and hash rate by address at http://pool.murfcoin.org/workers
