Update to BetU service offering & token sale

Bookmaking / Sportsbook Service:
To ensure liquidity in all betting markets, BetU plans to provide bookmaking services with odds and results feeds from BetRadar.

To mitigate risk there will be a small variable margin built into all odds. At the end of each quarter, 25% of any profit from BetU’s bookmaking service will be returned to token holders in the form of token burning.

This will create a very unique product offering. A traditional bookmaking services sitting side by side with our peer to peer offering will result in more liquidity, better odds and an improved user experience.

Token Sale Soft Cap:
If in the unlikely event the soft cap is not reached, the project will continue privately funded and will still list BETU on PancakeSwap shortly after the conclusion of the public sale.
All token holders will have the opportunity to request a full refund of the tokens purchased prior to the listing on PancakeSwap.

Token Sale Hard Cap:
If the hard cap is not reached, each participant in the token sale will vote on what they would like done with the unsold tokens. Options are:

1. Burn tokens and permanently remove them from supply
2. Allocate tokens for staking rewards
3. Use tokens for customer acquisition and incentives

These changes and options have been made available at the request from numerous community members.

Most recently I’ve been building Crypto & Blockchain products for a large exchange in Singapore called Xanpool that has seen 10x per month. I’ve also founded a startup through Antler’s accelerator and was one of 10 startups to be funded. I’ve also worked on high growth products in product & engineering teams for Plotly & MicroStategy. I’m a sports & crypto enthusiast and active in the space as an Ambassador for Polkadaot and most recently Cardano.

📝 Product Vision & Goals for the platform:

• Deliver a world class Peer to Peer betting platform with a great UI/UX experience.

• Through UX research studies and testing, we have enough data and strongly believe we can deliver a lot of feature improvements from what is in market.

• Deliver first bets with BetU token by October 23rd for Man Utd v Liverpool.
