And how this "Ethereum ERC20 token" is fighting censorship and corruption?! Nonsense, money cow.

First - remove the 'censorship' from your site - You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.

Introducing Don Coin (DON)! Fight censorship and corruption with DON.

Freedom isn't free. People who seek the truth need our support!

Don Coin is an Ethereum ERC20 token. It is completely decentralized and open source.

(Almost) every Don Coin transaction sends 1% of the transaction amount to an Ethereum smart contract. That contract holds the Don Coin and distributes it to causes based on how much support they have, and for how long they've been supported. Anytime you interact with the smart contract that stores causes, 1% is not deducted from your transaction.

To support a cause, you can either support one that has already been created at realdoncoin.com, or add a cause at realdoncoin.com.

Take a look at https:realdoncoin.com!

I hope to drop banking entirely at some point, but I'm not there.

I needed to open a new business account, but information about crypto friendliness of banks was scattered everywhere. Thus, Moon Banking.

Moon Banking lets you rank banks on crypto-friendliness, as well as share your stories about banks.

https://moonbanking.com -- Feedback appreciated.

This is a great idea to help people and businesses find banking services that won't get closed down as soon as they start doing too many crypto/fiat conversions.  It's one of the most important considerations for anyone, especially businesses, in this field.  For my organization, I opened multiple accounts with banks after having a full discussion of cryptocurrency because we cannot afford to be without banking services for any length of time.

From my conversations with bankers, the biggest issue doesn't seem to be that they are taking a hostile attitude because they see crypto as a threat (though I'm sure there's some of that).  For most, it seems to be that the crypto/fiat transactions are often tagged as suspicious and therefore they have to go through their anti-money laundering process repeatedly.  For small banks, this is often a manual process because the volume of their SAR (suspicious activity report) transactions is low.  And for larger banks, it's a very small amount of their business, so it's easier for them to "just say no".

One of the projects I'm working on is one that will lead to (provided the required survey of the potential membership field [crypto industry] supports it) the chartering of "Cryptocurrency Federal Credit Union", which will be a FCU that specializes in personal and business banking for those that deal extensively in crypto.  The great thing about credit unions is that they are member-owned, which I believe is a better model for the cryptocurrency ecosystem and more reflective of the "be your own bank", decentralized view that many of us believe in.  Incidentally, the bankers I spoke with about this project thought it was a great idea, even though they didn't know much about crypto.

Until we do our day to day purchases in Bitcoin or with other crypto assets, reliable fiat/crypto conversion is needed, which is what this enable.  Once it is operating, it will also make it easier for new/existing crypto businesses because we FCUs can partner in certain ways with those businesses to greatly reduce their regulatory burden re: money services business registration in the many states it is now required in.

Best of luck with your project and I will contribute information I have on financial institutions as I come across them.

Best regards,
Ben

Thanks, Ben! The credit union idea sounds interesting. I would be interested to hear more about that if you end up moving forward.

For someone who is not interested in voting but would like to see the results in some sort of graph ,do you have a feature implemented ? Would be nice to it have to show which banks are more crypto-friendly compared to others. Also the voting system is easily abusive, implement an IP based captcha or something.

I'm planning to put in some fancy graphs in a few weeks when the dataset is a bit larger.

An IP-based captcha is the best idea I've heard yet for limiting votes to one per person!

Feedback appreciated.
Found a bug:
- I can easily vote up/down multiple times for each bank (I tested by voting > refreshed the page > was able to vote again).

I suggest to switch places of "Request a bank" with the "drop-down menu that changes results based on countries".

Updates to the voting process have been made. I'll take a look at the dropdown idea!

Did I get it right? The sites pays users for commenting on blog articles and press releases?

CryptOpinion's users submit articles, and we publish the good ones. Then, users may leave comments on published stories.

Because comments cost $0.25 each, writers of articles that are published receive 50% of comment proceeds every Friday. We also pick the best comment every Friday, and we pay that user 25% of all site proceeds made that week!

Still little bit confused about the amount on every post on the site, for example frank story, there are amount 0.25$ that's reward for reader? and how much a rate for writer?  if people vote up for every post it's reward increase for writer? looks like you added altcoin for the amount.

Writers and readers get paid every Friday at CryptOpinion!

Writers earn money from comments posted on their stories. Writers get paid 50% of revenue generated from comments. For the Frank story, that writer has received $0.12 so far. If more comments are posted this week, he will receive half of that revenue as well -- in perpetuity.

We choose the best comment every Friday, and we pay the commenter 25% of all site proceeds from that week.

How muchis the payment like? is it instant? And how will you monetize the site?

CryptOpinion is monetized from day one! We sell comments. Unlike blogs and other media sites, we don't rely on advertising.

Opinion writers get paid half of all proceeds from comments posted on their stories. We choose the best comment every Friday and pay him or her 25% of all site proceeds.
