Hi!

Did you figure this out by now? You can only generate the private keys with that tool (and inserting the correct recovery phrase).

@ wie mij kan helpen .....

Sinds eind 2014 heb ik een probleem met het openen van mijn beveiligde wallet in Multibit (versie 0.5.17). Op dit moment is er een bedrag van 2.439 BTC opgeslagen in mijn wallet en deze kan niet geopend worden vanwege wachtwoordfouten. Ik ben 100% zeker dat het juiste wachtwoord is gebruikt, maar deze wordt niet geaccepteerd. Alles wallets (tijd backups), ook de UNC backup zijn ge-encrypt. Heel vreemd, want ik weet ook bijna zeker dat ik wallets heb bewaard zonder encryptie (om juist dit te voorkomen)!! Helaas had Multibit in die tijd geen seeds ingebouwd, en kan de wallet dus ook niet op die manier worden hersteld.

Ik heb al diverse acties ondernomen bct-recover, multibit_recovery van Githib, via 6 GPU's getracht het wachtwoord te kraken, maar helaas geen succes.

Wie van jullie kan mij helpen met het terughalen van mijn bitcoins. Voor diegene die het lukt de wallet te openen, krijgt 20% van het aantal aanwezige bitcoins (0,486 Btc)
