If anyone wants to mine SHA-3 coin just jump to Slothcoin (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=512903.0) - its launch was totally flawless even that it was quite new algo. Almost zero premine, active and well known dev and rising comunity makes it one of favorites. Low price is caused by scammy premined (and worthless) maxcoin, but once lazy sloth climbs out from its shadow, it will be unstopable
Furthermore sloth memes are ballancing on the cute / funny /scary edge so its worth to at least take a look at themYeah slothcoin could be huge, big community already and great dev, next doge for me. How many hashes you have for solo mining?
340M from a 280x and 310M from a 7950.
Edit : 280x running at 62°C and 7950 running at 58°C ... I like SHA3!
And how often you find block more or less?
One or two blocks a day.

I like the Sloth coin, everyone is giving props to cryptometh on how smooth the launch went with it, but sloth launch was much smoother.
SHA-3 is easy on my rig, runs cool, pulls 350watts total with 4x750Ti Gigabyte cards.
and if you want to succeed in the crypto world, i think it is not really good to start a coin with a drug related name. (if you want to reach the average person)

Can someone double check my settings for me as not mined many SHA3 coins. I have 2 x R9 280x cards. I am mining and showing speeds of around 275MH on each card when running the batch file.
The settings I am using are below.
cgminer.exe --keccak -o stratum+tcp://meth-stratum.hashfever.com:3277 -u robertson2013.worker1 -p password --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 -g 2 -I 13 -w 256 --gpu-engine 1070 --gpu-memclock 1500
On the pool I only show around 146MH is this normal or is there any tweaks I can make to the above?

I think there is a problem with the blockchain, difficulty is this high because of the increased block time since block 92.
