Serious inquiries only, please. I represent a group of institutional and OTC buyers and brokers. They are vetted, have gone through AML/KYC and we can provide POF.

Here is how our process works:

- Contact me via email (cryptotrustguy@outlook.com) or telegram  (@trustguyhk) and let me know what you have and the selling price to see if we have the potential to do a deal together. Please, if you have any questions, ask them here.
- If things look promising, we'll sign a mutual NDA
- We will provide you with a Letter of Intent that outlines the terms of the deal. Once all parties agree, this will become a contractual arrangement.
- AML/KYC info will be supplied to us by the seller. We can provide the documents that will need to be completed. It’s your seller, so it’s up to you to have them completed. Remember, the account information in this documentation is where funds will be sent after the transaction. This cannot be changed later!
- We provide POF.
- Satoshi test, then coins will be sent to an agreed secure cold storage wallet/vault. We have our preference, but are willing to consider the seller's choice.
- Depending on the number of coins, they will be moved all at once or in tranches as agreed in advance.
- Transaction takes place, funds are sent to seller’s account via bank transfer or wire. This process is repeated as required until the agreed number of coins has been purchased and the seller paid.

We are not looking for buyers at this time.

What is going on with all the supposed transactions with TMF Group providing escrow? The following press release is from their website:

TMF Group has been made aware of emails, purporting to come from our company, asking respondents to complete an "Escrow Agreement" in order that a bitcoin transaction can be undertaken. We would like to make clear to that such emails have nothing to do with TMF Group

I work for a Hong Kong based, licensed & registered trust company. We work with buyers and sellers of BTC. By law we must perform AML, KYC on seller, or have evidence of same from seller. Funds after transaction MUST go directly to seller. Fiat transfer to choice of 10 currencies. There are potential tax advantages inherent to the transaction happening in Hong Kong.

The minimum we are looking for is 1k btc per day. All buyers are vetted.
