The altcoin zone is almost becoming a dump site for shitcoin.  With just anyone being able to come up with a token on any of the blockchain makes it easy to have shitcoins littered all over the place. But the question is; who is going to clean up the mess?  Natural death or a regulation is going good to be imposed later?

This thing came up to my mind suddenly. As I know a currency is a transaction medium that majority of the people agree to use to exchange their items with them. If it is the case, if majority refused to use crypto currencies, what will be the consequences may occur ? And how it will affect to the ICOs ? Any Ideas?

Dear Community,

I  am new to bitcointalk and I am valueing the vast experience of all members here.

We are just developing an own idea of crypto and therefore I was studying the smart contracting concepts of Ethereum and now EOS.

There are also a lot of other smart contract - blockchains on the market but Ethereum and EOS seem to be the most important ones.

Therefore I want to start a discussion about these two alternative and their base concept.

I also want to get some opinions what you think of the DPOS - concept, which EOS is based on.

And where will the development of Ethereum go? Will there be a switch from POW to POS?

It is better not to enter today's Etherwallet without much fanfare.
However, if you need to, if there are some reductions, after all the cuts, then cut all and then enter.
I'm pretty sure the etherwallet has been hacked.

A lot of folks do not understand what it means to the patient, most especially when it comes to cryptocurrency. Crypto is not a ponzi, where you just come in with the mindset of rushing out. Which is why many fall victim of scam projects and shit coins.
When you want to invest into any project, no matter how attractive it might look superficially, take your time to study it. Know the intent of the project and the team behind it.
Whatever you do not understand about a project, ask on their social media. Most times, telegram is used as a channel for open communication. So ask questions until you are satisfied.
Therefore, patience is key, because every other factor (intelligence, smartness, astuteness, experience, name it) will look useless if not taken into cognisance.

What do you do with your junk coins? almost all new Altcoin don't have good prices to make a profit.
Will there be a rule about a good project that doesn't produce junk coins? Disappointing.

It will be very difficult to dump the market further_{(it is possible, but it will be very difficult and dangerous)}, because the miners are already working at a loss on some coins, like ethereum. Bitcoin almost fell to mining cost price, so, i think, it worth to start to buy now.

After months of investment with this coin, I could see that this coin, has the worst team.
In fact, they don't care about the idea how cryptocurrency is working and actually they're working as a centralised company but using anonymity, to have a secure fact, when the bubble explode, they will take the whole money.

I know how can I explain with facts that I can prove, but the real problem, they prefer to protect a private exchange working together and against the real community, investors and the customers, who invested and paid directly to this project.

As "force majeure" we can attend to the fact that Cryptopia is crashing with your coins, this guys are working side by side with Cryptopia and help them to steal the coins, profit of the exchange's customers. I can prove everything like many others, who suffered with a huge loss and of course with the lies that this team used, together with Cryptopia LTD (New Zealand), crashing the people.

I believe the dump in the price of cryptocurrencies will not exceed this year. No matter how dip the fall is, we will definitely have a surge in price and soar high  in near future.
This is an opportunity for bounty participants, even for those who are coming in newly to work now, like they are just starting allover, because after this dip will come a pump and it is most likely going to come when you least expected.
Keep up the spirit as it were during the early years of bounty. You will definitely be glad you are still in the system.

As the market is in pain with all coins declining dramatically in prices, for instance bitcoin dropping to as low as $3,700. And at this point of time, I still believe in cryptocurrency which will remain forever with us making a big change in our lives. So I am planning to be more active in bounty campaigns and trading. I'm not sure, but in such a market condition, who else does agree that the government used a hidden identity and joined the crypto market to accumulate a large number of bitcoins, then sold it to affect its price? Or can the gov hires a couple well known personality to rule the every day news and kill it slowly?

Some people believe that the price of Ethereum will continue to fall to the price of 150 USD, before reaching that price Ethereum will not reach the best price or will not experience Bullrun, maybe soon Ethereum will reach the price of 150 usd, some predictions have been made by the crypto experts on this matter, that Ethereum will repeat the price last year before experiencing bullrun, and now the price will be fulfilled a little longer, are you sure about this? Because if yes, maybe we can buy now at a price that is still cheap

Cryptocurrency is not yet 100% legalized in many countries, but are you psychologically ready to use it every day? Are you ready to get paid in the crypto? In your opinion, when will the dollar era end, and we will be able to fully use the cryptocurrency on a daily basis?
