I am unable to log into my account because the password recover is not working. It says on the page to click the support button at the top of the page but there is none. Can i please get some help getting back in, I have my email and pin but no matter how many times i reset it does not take. My login is cryptopunk and my contact is raymondgenekey@gmail.com

can i get help logging in to the blockfactory. The password reset does not work,I have tried 50 times now. It says to click the support button but there is none where it says it should be. Can anyone help?
