Qubits for rsa 4000 Logical qubits
Qubits for ecc 2500 Logical qubits

No one has talked about error correction. You need 2-10 million qubits for error correction.
This is straight from the mouth of a quantum engineer.

Can I upload my private key list and perform balance check
Are you for real? I can already tell you your remaining balance: 0.

If it's only 5000 private keys, just import them into Bitcoin Core. It's the easiest way to check them privately.

Or just write a script to cross check the great uploads you provide for current balances.
Thanks for your work ill never be rate limited again  Wink

Re: Bitcoin puzzle transaction ~32 BTC prize to who solves it

If someone found #66 and withdrew with an extremely high transaction fee say 10k USD and then within 1 minute the scammers find the private key with kangaroo and submit their withdrawal with lets say 100k USD fee! Would the scammers still get it? Cause this means all the lower bit range puzzles are useless to even attempt.
Let's say it is like this.
In my opinion there are no scammers, in bitcoin laws whoever owns the private address owns the coins, these are the rules that Satoshi proposed

So 66,67,68,69, maybe others in the 70s ? have all become hot potatoes now.

Now it just becomes bragging rights and thats it.
Too many people will place higher fees unless you are very lucky.
How sad its become.

Maybe disabling RBF would be a start, and using a high fee.

Yep, that's the solution. It is one-time try only.

This has been bugging me and put me off from searching 66.
Ok so say i found it can i make the fee high enough like in electrum and broadcast it a few minutes before the next block ?
This way i have a few mins to get in next block before the pub key is cracked.
Otherwise what is the point ?

Re: [Quiz] Answer the Bitcoin question and earn merits! #1

Love a quiz.

To get a more accurate estimate, you would need access to data such as the hash power distribution among mining pools, the current network difficulty, and historical data on reorgs and double-spend attacks. Additionally, factors such as network security measures (e.g., checkpoints, alert systems etc etc....) and the response of other miners and nodes to a reorg attempt can also affect the outcome.

Ok so ill admit i cant code at all.

However I've unleashed my inner chatgpt language skills of seductive talking and come up with many apps for uwp/xbox.
From visual btc generators to hex range slider bars to sequential brute force the apps go on and its quite fun all be it a lot of hours debugging urgh.
Trying to convert kangaroo and keyhunt to uwp is way way past my present skills at the moment.

My main interest started from this thread and after reading every page of this thread like 90% of commenters we all thought we have found a way to solve a certain puzzle and most people do even i have a working solution but realization hit and i realised I'm not going to live thousands of years Sad

However learning all about btc has been really fun and seeing stuff on my xbox is pretty cool considering i had zero skills in coding.
Although i have noticed running my code on the xbox series x runs at least 5 times quicker if not more than running the same code on my laptop.  Huh

Take note this code is UWP so while it can run on xbox its not optimized for cpu or gpu usage of which both is available for use although partially for GPU so lots more tinkering to play with and many ideas in the works.

Yes i know i don't got a chance (well a 0.0000000000000000000001%) blah blah but im having fun with it and seeing code no one has PROBABLY not done on a series x yet but who knows.

All in all its all fun and games and if anyone has the skills in uwp feel free to chime in on the limitations or pros of using uwp.

Re: You should use a 12 or 24 words seed phrase ?
by

on 18/02/2024, 03:23:58 UTC
You can learn everyday something new, you know now what  the undecillion word stands for  Wink
We can learn everyday which is true but some people aren't learning right away because some people might be slower when it comes to how fast a person can learn. Anyway, back to the seed phrase where 24 words is much safer but still it is possible to lose money if ever a person is able to know the words then he/she will be able to take it out of the wallet. Losing money is not all about brute force but scammer find a way to steal your wallet seed phrase. It is all up to the owner to keep the wallet safe.

True but like OP posted you can have 24 words and someone know the seed but if the order of words is mixed up then you need some divine intervention to crack it.

Rounded up 66 puzzle is 36.8934881474191 keys

That is 36.8934881474191 sextillion.

My question

what is or is there a record for the most amount of keys tried in a second via brute forcing ?

I have a script ive worked on for about a month its my own outside the box thinking.
Testing the script achieved what i want it to do.

It will 100% work however like everyone else we are not immortal and time is certainly not on anyones side brute forcing btc.

so thats where im stuck at.

i need 1 billion keys a second tried lol

it will still take time but for puzzle 66 it would take 1 billion keys per second, it would take approximately 37,000 seconds to try37 quintillion keys.

That is equivalent to about 10.28 hours.

One can dream eh.

Anyway if you reply please answer my question on what/if a record exsists.
I think your math is off. Many programs already out can do over 1 billion keys per second, GPU of course.

1 billion keys per second would take you 1,169 years.

I thought so let me go slap chatgpt

Edit maths does work out for what im doing Smiley   Please please point me to where these apps can do 1 billion a sec per key or any info

What if you have 1b keys/sec? The only way this is going to help is if you find a formula that can narrow down your range at least 1000 times less .. other than that go run your devices and try your luck🤞

Exactly i have my own formula. Its completly thinking outside the box.
Like i said it works exactly how its intended and in testing it has been 100% successfull.

Next problem is how could i trust anyone with what i have when it could be poetenially dangerous i certainly aint a coder like most here.

I have been on the grind for the last week with this and one thing stops me speed and customization and i suppose trust i havent been completly transparent on everything tbh.

 Undecided

You cannot find a balance on the mentioned web page because it's not displayed there. You also didn't find any unknown key. Simply said: you're just spamming with your new user account you created seconds ago, that's all

I put the address in block exploer its only like 0.00001 lol
