I have tried all 3 a few times now.  Doesn't fix the issue.  Thanks for responding and I hope you get it fixed.   I should add that I am running Parallels 9 and the current version of OS X.  So one version behind on Parallels, which hasn't been a problem for anything else.

glitch gave me a workaround for the problem.  Hit him up if you are having problems running under a VM!

Mac Parallels fix if you are having trouble connecting to SwC from a VM:

 http://kb.parallels.com/en/4948

To use the Bridged networking mode, go to your virtual machine's Configuration -> Hardware -> Network and choose Bridged: Default Adapter or Ethernet or WiFi depending on your needs.

plenty of time to download

Too bad the software is broken.   I was enjoying it for those couple of weeks it worked.

I understand people have been having problems but for me it has worked since day one.  Windows 8.1

Apparently it no longer works under virtual environments.  In my case, Parallels on a Mac.  I have tried, just now again, on XP, 7 and 8.1.  Works on none of them.  Software tells you it needs to upgrade, apparently downloads the update, then you get the security warning about things downloaded from the internet or whatever it says, then after clicking Yes, nothing else happens.

That fact that Micon just ignores these posts is enough evidence that they really don't have what it takes to support the software, and the site will never get back to where they were before.  Sad really.

For my fellow Mac / Linux / Android folks:

If you want to play badly enough, buy one of these:

http://www.microcenter.com/product/437498/TW100_101_Tablet_-_Black

Full Windows 8 tablet for $180.  I am using it with a wireless keyboard and connected to a monitor via the micro HDMI cable to write this message.  It is plenty powerful, and cool to hold a full Windows PC in your hands.

No reason not to go this route if you are serious about playing SWC.

Karl Bennison, the chief of enforcement of the Nevada Gaming Control Board, told Ars on Monday that a “law enforcement action” took place at Micon's home on February 11, 2015. The official also confirmed that Micon was not arrested or charged with a crime and that “the investigation is ongoing.”

Thanks dave, that's exactly what I was looking for.  I think I read that article but overlooked that bit.

I don't have time to go through all the posts since Feb 11th, but was there ever any evidence regarding this raid other than Micon?  I've searched a bit and everything online is traceable back to Micon's youtube post and subsequent forum posts.

Obviously, he could've just taken the BTC and run so I give him that, but surely if a raid action were taken there would be some evidence of it since the government has open records requirements and all of that stuff, right?

Also, a ton of new features in a few months Smiley

Micon, I love ya dude, love your style, love the site, but come on...

The time has come for you to promise less and deliver more.  Don't say that Huh or Seal Team 6 or whoever is working on it.  Just roll something out, then maybe we will believe you.

Also, what are your plans to bring new money to the site?

I still haven't heard anything from SWC about my ShitVacuumer account, and want to know what's going on with that.

I think Micon told you that it was a clear case of collusion.  Maybe check your junk mail folder?

Fast cashouts my ass. It's all manual processing. I enjoy the experience and the popularity of the site but the 12 hour cashouts really put a bad taste in my mouth.  I'd never go to a casino if I knew the payout would be anything over 3 minutes.

Good site, fun to play, just bad cashout speeds...

Are there other online poker sites, bitcoin or not, that offer faster cash outs?

I'm going to assume that the SWC folks are not going to appreciate collusion in their showcase weekly tourney.  And since they have the benefit of seeing how players are playing, I assume they can make a case pretty easily if two or more players were working together.

How many people play the BTC on the average?  Seems like an unlikely scenario to get enough players to a final table to collude?

I see a new .01 / .02 no rake full ring game going right now.

That's a great idea!  Hopefully that will help encourage some new folks to try the site at less risk.

Few suggestions for the site:

stop booting people so fast when they are sitting out.  stop booting people from seats when there is no game going on.

a dealer chat "everything" option.

It doesn't boot people fast enough in my opinion, since quite a few donks don't leave their seat when they bust out, and it prevents people from the waiting list from joining the game.

So, campy you seemed like a nice enough guy so I checked out your site.  I also clicked on your blockchain since you put the link right there on every page.

It looks like you had some odd things going on there.  Like two successive deposits from the same address at the end.  And you never paid the last one back after 24 hours.

Trouble following the rules of the game?  Or is that just you shuffling your money around?

I also saw where you were trying to sell the domain name and the site.  Good luck with that!

Micon how do respond to some of the rumors floating around that your site is rigged to produce dramatic play scenarios to increase rake potential?

what are some cons to moving ponzi's to their own subsection?

That is the million dollar question, isn't it!

There is no reason that there can't be a Ponzi section.  It would make those of us that don't do Ponzis happy, and it would make those that do Ponzis happy too I would think.

I have not seen a reason not to do it.
