No, Bitcoin is not bad, but for the government, it is a bit of a disadvantage since Bitcoin doesn't collect tax from their transactions, so no income for them and for the community funds.

I don't think that Bitcoin is illegal because the transactions they are doing is accepted by other business out there. So, if their method is illegal, so are the businesses using them.

I can say that the trend in Bitcoin is far worse than a woman having mood swings because the changes is very unpredictable plus it's hard to find patterns on the trend.

Fully destroying bitcoin will need a lot of work and not just one person can do all of those. There has to be a group of highly intellectual people who can bypass all the algorithms of bitcoin and doesnt sound so possible.
