Don't buy it.

Be careful it is a scam and when you asked to refund money on 60 days back guarantee they don't refund.
I bought it one week ago and I asked refund on 5 December and nothing.

They don't refund it....so don't waste your money because there is no money back.

I i got my refund one week after my request, but you have to contact ClickBetter.com for that.

My results in 3 weeks of using the robot :
Profit in USD : +3%
Increase in number of bitcoins : 0
Increase in bitcoin value : +3%
The robot made 7 trades but was never able to grow the number of bitcoins.
I think this robot is totally useless and does not grow your BTC.
I will wait for another month and if everything remains the same, will request a full refund.

My results after 1 month: +4%
I requested a refund, i have better results with my forex trades.
i would like to diversify my portfolio, but this robot isn't enough profitable for me.
And they can't reduce the cpu usage in silver plan, so i'm not impressed by this one.

Time to move on  Smiley

Lets give different example to explain the point.

You buy a bar of gold and pay for it $100.

The worth of your portfolio is $100.

Instead of trading with gold you decided to keep it assuming price will always grow. (like you just assumed with BTC when saying you need to grow BTC only)

But instead of growing the price of gold is just going down this year

after few months you are still sitting on your gold bar which is now worth only $60

You lost $40 of the value and not happy anymore keeping it forever.

With the BTC robot this would not happen. Instead of keeping the BTC forever, it would anticipate the price decrease and trade it into USD during such time so you would not lose but WIN.

In terms of pure gains my results so far:

balance: 497$ actually

Not really impressive after 4 weeks, about 7%, i expect this instead:

So, results don't match goals as described in your site, i will wait again few weeks before my 60 days guarantee for decide  Huh

Sorry, but you don't answer my question !!
I don't want to upgrade as i'm already a silver member and i'm ok with it, i just would like to know if you
are aware of the problem (CPU usage) and intend to fix that ...

I don't like the answer, always upgrade, upgrade !!!!
Could you focus please with this point for silver members, or there is no support with this plan, so why do you offer it ??

I hope they could reduce the CPU usage in the next version for silver members  Embarrassed

It is often at 100% CPu in my VPS, the process ruby.exe (requisite for the robot to work) consumes a lot of CPU !!!
The two others processes nw.exe (from the folder of the robot) are ok.

Well, my experience with the robot is that, technically, it does not work. All the trades it tries to enter into the BTC-e trading platform are all cancelled. It cannot place any trade. I have more than 400 trades cancelled in 6 days of active trading and no one filled. I have contacted robot support, BTC-e support and all say that my robot works because it is currently in profit. I tried to explain that the profit comes from the value of BTC/USD which has increased lately and NOT from the trading itself. When the BTC/USD value goes down, my account balance will also go down and if it goes down lower than it was when I activated the robot, my account will be negative. If nobody helps me find a solution within 60 days after the date of purchase, I will request a full refund.

I have the same feeling as member since two weeks, the profit comes from the value of BTC/USD which has increased lately and NOT from the trading itself.
A lot of cancelled orders in my btc-e account. In fact the balance looks like zig-zag according to the value from  BTC/USD (down, up).

It very very dependable on WHEN you started and what settings you use.  Yes, some people had, some did not. The point is long term results. If your robot is not hanging and connection is OK (see if price of the bottom charts update?) then it's ok. if connection is no good, I would suggest upgrading to Gold , then we'll install it ourselves and will be able to assist you better.

Depends on happened to your VPS. I can't really help over the forum.

Could be all ok, could be connection loss or needs restart...
Also you see the chart. Depending on your situation, if the bot bought a lot of bitcoins before the price drop, it does not make much sense selling it right now, better to wait.

Send screenshot to support, maybe your robot is stuck and connection is lost? We can't see Silver members remotely, they trade on their own computers. If you were a Gold member we could check on our trading VPS for you.

Also try Medium settings, they trade more often.

Medium settings trade more frequently. Aggressive is trading less frequently. Medium settings are targeting for smaller trades but with each trade you are paying small trading commission to btc-e so your profit is smaller but you have more trades.
Aggressive settings are looking for long profitable trades but does not trade often because of that.

it depends a lot when you started. If you started with BTC trading acc on top of the prices and bough during that time it's no sense for robot to sell now when prices went lower, so it's just waiting

I sent screenshots to support but apparently my robot is working correctly, i changed my settings to "medium".
My VPS is based on windows server 2008 RC2, i think it is compatible because last week i had trades (medium and agressive)

Ok, so just let's wait for others members if they could confirm for this week (trades, no trades ...)

I'm silver's member since last week, i run this robot on my VPS (windows server 2008) with others mt4 platforms (which work fine)
I had trades last week, but nothing yet for this week, since saturday.
My settings is "agressive", i restarted my VPS, btcrobot is allowed in window's firewall, nothing new...
So, i desinstalled program even settings in c:\users\....., reinstalled and reconfigured robot with logins/keys, robot is running, but i have still
nothing in the Trade's history.
Don't know why suddenly it doesn't work anymore since this week only?  Huh

I contacted support and i'm waiting a reply.
Anyone have same problem with silver plan ?  Embarrassed

I am in the exact same situation. Since 30.08 until 05.09 not a single trade (silver account , aggressive settings). Not that there were many before that.
