Why did I send stratis to an address in which the other virtual currency was not returned but was automatically created with a false address of the true address? And the address should not be there! Please give me an explanation and make up for my loss!

Compensate? actually there is another address who received your strat, you should contact him, maybe you also need to contact bittrex, not the strat dev to compensate, it is not their fault actually. It is 100% your fault

the block reward divisible all 1440 blocks to the minimum value 5.
Except the blocks the divisible by 30000 you get 100 Bitcrystal....

How to clean the mined 38 block records ?

no its correct i must update the op page but my designer is on holiday for now. and please download the multisig guide again press f5. updated it.
the newest wallet have the current reward and you get the current block reward except every block the is divisible by 30000.
To go on the safe side close your wallet,delete the blocks and chainstate folder in the %appdata%/BitCrystal_V20 directory and use the bitcrystal_bootstrap_update.bat file and restart your wallet...

On the block 30000 you get 100 Bitcrytal.
On the block 60000 you get 100 Bitcrystal
On the block 90000 you get 100 Bitcrystal and so on.
on the other blocks
1-29000 you get the current block reward 38 at the momment

sorry yes its the last change to the block rewards. Then the difficulty is decreased extremely and the reason is my change so that you get 100 Bitcrystal on the block 30,000. So i must change that so that you get 100 Bitcrystal every 30000th block.
