Thank you for making an appearance.
We (or at least I) know you have a timeline and a plan for hodlcoin but make no mistake, the recent rise of volume and price had everything to do with the efforts of the community. People like Orava, Marko, Amit, Rafken, myself, and many others in the community have been the main catalysts. We are building a community and software around a currency that many have considered forgotten. It would be very kind of you if you extend yourself as far as passing certain algorithm knowledge across to some of devs, or at least making a passing appearance on one of our now thriving hodlcoin hangouts. At the very least please consider more regular correspondence with some of us who really are hodlers and are invested in more than just a quick flip.

"We did not expect such a sudden increase of users/connections so we'll be getting a new website out sooner than expected. The site will have up to date tutorials and downloads for new and existing hodlers. We'll be going for progress, not perfection as we try to make somewhat regular progress. This is more or less a copy and paste from the Facebook post but might be a step in the right direction as far as the organization and distribution of hodlcoin related information goes. (Most of us think the time for procrastination is over):

-Amit from the hodlcoin discord made a new hodlcoin block explorer(hodlday.com updated with the link).
-Orava is looking into new DNS seeds, etc.
-Marko is busy but will continue working on his GUIMiner and other things when he is done saving lives for a while.
-I am trying to collate data and give figure out how to best provide updates.
-I'm also looking into different future wallet options, etc.
-There are several c++ guys who might help us out and some of us are really looking forward to that.
-Please feel free to share the active hodlcoin community hangouts (up to date listings will be on hodlday.com for now). If we build a strong foundation we will succeed.

Yes I agree 100% but I think there is a lot we can to get things going for now that will help when he shows up. For example, building a somewhat integrated community and opening up lines of communication. I'm pretty sure he has a time frame in mind and we're trying to work with that.

Many of the early adopters are gone. Clearly HOdlcoin needs more to increase/maintain adoption than bonus interest. Interestingly, it already has a few of these things, like CPU mineability for example. With more to come like easy wallets, etc (check hodlday.com roadmap)
Other coins are doing better based mostly upon their thriving communities and word of mouth (not to mention exchange liquidity). We end to change that and bring HOdlcoin to the forefront by taking the initiative to build and maintain an active community of users and devs. A lively telegram was formed a month or so ago (see ANN), a new discord, and just today, facebook.com/hodlcoin. Passers by might see results here and there but we are in the nascent stages of getting a community together that might have the potential to REALLY get things moving.

You're welcome, and thanks. This roadmap is sort of a distillation of ideas from several months on the HOdlcoin Telegram and we are open to new ideas also. The idea was not to conflict with FreeTrade's possible timeline in any way. Most of the ideas on there can be done (or are be worked on/looked into) independent of his schedule and by the devs already in the community (and possibly newcomers). PS. are you Marv from the Telegram?

The proposed website on the timeline is not a replacement for hodlcoin.com but an auxiliary addition. The timeline consists of things that were considered important by the community, and logical.
