Yes Solaris has been making a nice steady recovery which is great to see, this is what we all want to see in a coin a nice slow movement up and not a pump up. That is not issue of blockchain if you made transaction using exchange account than you should ask from support to make clear this situation. I checked today this blockchain is working fine and deposit very quickly. HitBTC is not popular exchange because of these kind of issues.
