ICM (initial coin mining)is the way that bitcoin takes the lead. ICM is a way of decentralization that is fair, fair and everyone has the opportunity to participate. Confusing ICM with ICO is a disrespect for Mr.Satoshi Nakamoto. Quarterbitcoin is defending bitcoin's security, improving bitcoin's overall transaction speed, and creating conditions for bitcoin's greater success in the future.

sems he want one chain.. lets call it the wire transfer chain. for large amount. and a subchain(s) for smaller amounts lets call it the ATM chain
... but then looking into it. he is just making NEW coin and advertising an ICO for it. rather than talking about developing a btc solution that expands btc .. (facepalm)
scamy guy pretnding its a bitcoin feature where each of his coins (42mill) are worth 0.25 btc
Where do you see ICO? Is ICM and ICO a concept?
