If you read reviews and complaints about them in the forum. You will realize that they are not what they say they are, and mixer is a disaster waiting to happen. I hope they eventually send you your Bitcoins.

Six hours is maximum time states on their website but you now passed all possible waiting limits. You see many warnings we previously posted about whalemixer so why are you still trying to use their mixing service? They are a proven liars (most likely scammers) and they are doing everything manually probably operated with one or two guys from some basement. OP was last time active in bitcointalk forum on 18 July!
