More than 5 days wait for BTC withdrawal, The system say "Paid", but actually there is no transaction on the network.

When you said 2 of your withdrawals have been processed, you mean it has been submited on the network?

I'm afraid that I have lost all my BTC on this transaction, because it didn't submit the transaction on the network, they just display status "paid" on their system. This is totally a fruad and cheat behavior.

The EXMO support is also very Terrible attitude and Bad, I submited a email ticket but they will never reply your email. When you contact them on the chat, you will see 99 queue before in most time. If you are lucky to wait for a long time and have the opportunity to talk with the support, They will reply you with "I don't know if this BTC have sent or not", and then leave the chat without message.

Is there any EXMO support on this forums? I have waited for my BTC withdrawl more than 2 days, and there are still not any update or any explaintions from EXMO, it is really a very terrible experience to use EXMO this time.

I also have the same situation with you. I have waited for a BTC withdrawal pending for more than 24 hours, it's display "paid" while actually they didn't posted the transaction on the network. I have contacted the support via chat and email, still no any response.
