I cannot refund money because PayPal do not want to get my account on negative balance when I want , they will when they want and that's exact moment when OP get his money back. Anymore discussion about that is irrevelant.
My paypal account has been frozen and that's why I have asked OP to chargeback his money. He can easily do it via normal dispute or just via bank dispute, it doesn't really matter. I have already apologized him, and didnt ask him to send it as gift or to close dispute or something like that.
If you would like to do a exchange then PM me or email with your offer. Minimum offer has been lowered to 40 coins.
I am not accepting lower offers because more transactions I make more likely that PayPal will harrass my ass and get me banned and I want to avoid this shit.

Noo offers, no troll, no flame, no posts like "you're paypal worker or scammer" because there's no way I can be scammer, you are allowed only to post that I am scammer when I actually have scammed somebody or if you have solid proof to back up that. Anything else will be reported back to administrator. I'll be sending coins after I have received payment via PayPal, it can be done as normal payment for goods or services, I DO NOT ask you to send it as gift or claim/cancel or anything like that.

I may also require a phone call from you (landline prefered).
I reserve right to refuse any offer I will be given due to many scammers around and my health gut feelings about people.
If anyone wonders why you should go first with new seller around here? Well reason is pretty simple - There are lots of way for you to get your money back (even if PayPal decides to side with seller - which have never happened to me or anybody I known on internet/real life, neither I have read about something like this on forum) you can always pay me with your card and get money back within 180 days from Visa or Mastercard bank support.

If you have common sense then you would say "Haters gonna hate" and just realise that you can chargeback your money up to 30 days via normal dispute/claim and up to 180 DAYS and paypal cant do fucking shit to you because chargeback works above paypal rules. so if you're so afraid of being scammed by my person, just pay me with card and sleep well.
Like I said, if you don't accept my conditions - dont post in this topic and just don't buy it. If you think i'm doing something fishy with PayPal - well yes , i'm most propably hacking PayPal datebase so you cant chargeback your money back nevah! oh wait,there's bank chargeback left... via card.... oh wait im hacking into your bank database also!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to make it clear that local thread rules are enforced. If you don't like it, make a new thread. As for the offers that were deleted, they were deleted because you missed the very clear local rule of "no offers".
