Is anyone else experiencing problem in fetching data from BTC-e?

Now it says 6 hours, but just 2 hours ago it said 20 hours since hashrate is increrasing rapidly. I think within 1-2 hours difficulty will jump from 8 to >200, making it unprofitable to mine (unless its price skyrockets as well, of course).

And now, 15 minutes after the quoted post, the expected difficulty jump is in only 4 hours. It'll be done soon with CNC.
Not all hope it's lost however, when the difficulty will jump, many people will leave its mining making it more profitable again... and so on. I hope it's going to stabilize around current LTC/FTC profitability.
thanks, tried with the shaders but no real difference if i remember correct according to the cgminer scrypt README if you set the the thread-concurrency the shaders are irrelevant.
your settings confuse me a bit.. --gpu-threads 1 is the same as -g 1 but you have -g 2 so how many threads does it run at?
i'll give the beta drivers a try!

yeah sorry I did a mistake, I'm currently running with -g 2, however that doesn't seem to affect significantly performances.

I have 2 5850, I achieve 320-330 KH/s each with the following settings:
--intensity 16
--gpu-threads 1
--shaders 1440 <- tune this according to your gpu shaders
-g 2
--thread-concurrency 5600
Last Catalyst beta (13.5 if i remember well), win7 32bit.
The two cards stay at 85/75 degrees... a bit high, but I want to squeeze them as much as possible, since I bought them used for just 70euros

As far as i know:
CHNCoin -> Full name (e.g. Bitcoin, Litecoin...)
CNC -> Acronym (e.g. BTC, LTC)
And CNCCoin i think it's not correct, just a mixture of the two

Why not? Gifting cars for no "real" money is legal, as well as transferring 100 BTC.
I'm using a Mac as well. I installed Win8 in the Bootcamp partition, then with Parallel Desktop you can access Win applications installed in that partition directly from OSX as they were OSX applications (Coherence mode). Very handy
Go with a validated MtGox account. Start the process as son as possible, for my validation it took almost two weeks. You need to send them a scan of your ID and a proof of residence (e.g. a gas bill).
