For me, it's not a big deal 10 exchange or even 100, seriously anyway you regularly will use 1-3 exchanges for trading other just for cashout.

It's good that I don't invest there, but don't be to fast with acquisition I remember a similar situation with savedroid, but the project still exists and working, only time will show what really goin on

I agree with you, binance now become something more than just exchange coin. Now its whole ecosystem, which grow every day, maybe next features will be integration with online stores and it will make binance even more successful

We cnnot say 100% that altcoin season started, only future will show, but indeed it's a good sign that ripple awakened. I personally think next altcoin season begins with ripple.

I think the best advice is to invest it in Bitcoin, not altcoins. Who knows how long till next altseason, I think Bitcoin will rise sooner.
