There is a known issue some are having with the new "Buy VeriCoin" button on some Windows systems. For certain windows users it's working well, others it is just showing a blank page. We are actively pursuing the cause of this issue and will be updating you all as soon as possible. However do note that if you upgraded to the new version, whether the buy button works or not doesn't effect the other functions of the wallet. So if you have this issue there is nothing to worry about. We are trying to figure this out as soon as possible. Mac and linux clients are unaffected by this issue. If you do have a blank page come up after letting it load for 10 seconds or more, please message me your Windows version and whether you have a 32 or 64 bit system. Thanks for your patience.
Most likely on Windows 8 PC's since they suck, working fine on my Windows 7 64-bit box

The price is slowly rising and i'm still not convinced whether to buy again or not. Even though the devs are working hard, and the proof stays in sms, veribit, veribank and others, at the end of the day the coin still has a centralized anonymity, similar to the rest of the 99% coins that promises it.
Without the decentralized anonymity, nobody can tell for sure if it is or not just a small p&d and the dump happening at the release of the new features. Also, that PR guy from the team sounds like a snake oil salesman. He was promising the moon and the stars in that google hangout. He was mumbling about cnn, about connection he has, big people, big money. He was talking a lot of fantasy. I almost expected him talking about midgets and dragons at the end of the hangout.
Having said that, i respect the 3 devs a lot. Hope they will pull whatever features they have in mind. DRK, XC and Vericoin are at the top of the altcoin foodchain. Will watch closely...

Wow, it must really suck to be MEGAman. His life is so meaningless and boring that he has nothing better to do but come here and save us from ourselves. I almost kinda feel sorry for him, except for the fact that he's so annoying I'd rather he go drown himself in the toliet.

Ok, so, I been on vacation this past week and a half with no internet access and I don't feel like reading a bazillion pages to find out what happend. So, what's the TLDR version of why SC price is so low?

Any coins that you buy now or have now up-until June 19th need to be transfered to Poloniex or Bittrex.
On June 20th your new wallet on that exchange will be credited 2 coins for ever 1 coin you have.

I think my wallet works, it syncs at least. Have yet to send any coin to it. Does anyone know if the wallet is safe? No back doors that previous dev can use to steal coins?

1:2 Exchange for current coin holders? I think I like this, not sure yet. Sounds interesting. I'm heading to buy as much XHC as I can now
