Here in Turkey, turkish bitcoin exchanges btc prices are very different too. Sometimes price differences vary widely ike 3.000 turkish lira that equals to 800-850 usd. But the processes are very slow. That frightens people to try arbitrage i think

you can buy two D3's for 1600-2000 USD approx, that has a total hashrate of 38.6 Gh/s, albeit use 2.5 times the electricity... but unless electricity cost 1 USD per kWh that's not an issue (in which case you're deep in minus with both alternatives)

Does anyone have problem when some miners losing 3rd board and hashing 10-11 Ghs? This happens on many D3 miners, not just on one.
Miners works on default settings, temperatures are good, max board temperatures are 65-70C. After I restart D3, all boards working normally again for some time.
Is there some firmware upgrade for this problem, anyone have solution for this?
D3 is not stable miner at all. L3+ is a lot better device.

It's always risky getting batch one items from Bitmain. They don't have a stellar reputation for the first batch working the greatest.

I'll pay import taxes and VAT.
There are no import taxes for miners in Europe. Only VAT.
Surely there is only VAT to pay for EU, but is not it enough that you have to pay from 19% to 23% of the declared value? in some cases like if you buy directly from Bitmain you even pay 500 euros or more?
I never said it's not enough. It's more than enough! I have 24% in my country. I was just saying if you use the correct taric codes atleast you save some extra 10% they might try to steal from you.
what is the correct TARIC code to import antminers to EU without the extra 10 % duty (just paying VAT)?

I am also curriuos. Maybe he ment Rassia. They forbid home mining in appartments, because of fire hazerds.

... What about industrial mining? I mean like you make company that is just hangar and it has miners within itself?Russia is not Europe
Also Russia is a friend of mining cos of they do have sources to have cheap electricity and want to use it.
I think this guy is a scammer (not sure, sorry for calling somebody scammer) but here in Europe is mining NOT anyhow regulated...
Or he is only afraid of not having his ROI...
I'm from an EU country, but living in Ukraine, where we have cheap electricity at 0.065 USD/kWh - so trust me, nothing I'd rather do than mining these machines and getting 20-30 % per month - where else can you get that return?
problem is, that they just forbid mining in Ukraine. I have a company in EU where im having the miners delivered to (as Bitmain doesn't ship to Ukraine).
If Bitmain will not change shipping address, will simply re-route via UPS directly. Everything will be transparent, I don't have anything to hide. Serious comments and suggestions are welcome as to how to solve the problem in case Bitmain will not help...
Not afraid of not having ROI - these miners will pay back faster than any other mining options out there anyway.

I have two prepaid BITMAIN D3 orders for shipping 1st half of november - will sell for a very small negotiable premium, I paid 1499 USD a piece plus 210 USD per power supply and 373.92 USD for shipping with UPS (am sure we can change delivery address).

You paid 210 for a PSU that costs 105 and you paid UPS shipping of 373.92 when it only costs 71.00? Man bud, you got butt slammed. apparently i paid 105 a piece, bitmains invoice is not very clear...
UPS shipping is to EU, not to the USA, hence the high cost...
as for me scalping - I actually intended on keeping them and mining them myself, but the laws changed in my country, and they banned mining...
And a small premium as opposed to your recent horrorstorries of 1 boy paying 8500 in borrowed funds for a machine is hardly worth the comparison or??
am open to any serious escrow service BTW... or meet, sign over accounts and pay cash/LTC/ETH or similar (maybe even BTC if the transaction speed improves... LOL). Am based in EU as i mentioned.
