-eres 0 Got it working again, though not sure how well or for how long.

- eres 1 worked for me

Documentation from page 1:

-eres   this setting is related to Ethereum mining stability. Every next Ethereum epoch requires a bit more GPU memory, miner can crash during reallocating GPU buffer for new DAG.
To avoid it, miner reserves a bit larger GPU buffer at startup, so it can process several epochs without buffer reallocation.
This setting defines how many epochs miner must foresee when it reserves GPU buffer, i.e. how many epochs will be processed without buffer reallocation. Default value is 2.

Will using the strap option likely make the card run hotter? Or is it just an efficiency thing?

I use '-ethi 0' (Ethereum intensity) so my card runs cooler for various reasons. Will using '-strap 1' with '-ethi 0' cancel each other out? Basically I'd like to use the strap option but not if it will make the card run hotter.

That live api view was helpful for other exchanges however it doesn't look like Kucoin is supported:

Supported exchanges: Binance, Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Bittrex, Coinbase, Cryptopia, Gatecoin, Coinbase Pro, Kraken, Liqui, Poloniex, TheRockTrading, Tidex, Yobit, CoinSpot, Bitcoin.co.id, Bleutrade, Livecoin

Thank you.  I also have what appear to be many duplicate trades imported from the Kucoin API.   On https://cointracking.info/enter_coins.php they have the exact same info: coin, price, fee, exchange, timestamp.  I have many of these however the duplicate transactions report shows nothing.  (Unless it's very common to have orders be executed broken up into small trades that are exact same size and occur in the same second, but I don't think that's what's happening).

Is this a known issue and why does the duplicate report not catch these?

A token imported via an automatic import from an ethereum address contains a period in the name but it was successfully imported into cointracking.  However, attempting to edit any part of the transaction gives an error "Please use only A-Z, 0-9, - or _ for Currencies".  How to handle this?

In Coinbase, under https://www.coinbase.com/settings/api it shows an API Version and next to it an "Upgrade" button.  I want to press this button.  Can I do it without messing up Cointracking?

How do I find out which algorithm is the most profitable to mine on zpool, is this shown somewhere on the website? I understand that there is some Algo switching features, but if I just want to simply see what is most profitable right now (or top 3), how would I do that?

You are NOT "mining XVG".

You are mining Lyra2v2 and collecting a pay-out in XVG.  Any ninja/mona/vert coins mined by the pool are split among the pool members, and your share is paid to you as XVG.

Look at it like this:  You (and a thousand other people) are digging in a hillside that potentially contains gold, silver, and aluminum.  Whatever you happen to find gets sold @market and split among all the people.  You've opted to get paid in gold.  You don't get any silver or aluminum.  You could, if you like, opt to be paid in mushrooms... but that presumes that someone on another hillside in Zpoolville is mining mushrooms.

Thanks thats helpful.. So could I mine any of the available algos on the pool such as "blakecoin" and get paid out in XVG?

you get them geeez. What you see is what you get. Everything is converted to your payout currency

Thanks, the "Last 50 Earnings" UI is a little confusing (at least to a newbie).  Is there any advantage to getting paid out in BTC vs XVG? Is it just the risk that the coin could theoretically be removed from the system at some time, or is there another reason to prefer a BTC payout (besides personal preference)?

So I'm new to mining and running two miners mining XVG with identical setups.

Why am I also mining Ninja and Mona as well as XVG is that normal with this pool or did I set something up improperly?

Thanks for the help.

you mine whatever is on the pool. It's NOT a solo pool as mentioned on the main page.

I also have the same question. I'm mining XVG with lyra2v2 and my user parameter is an XVG address.  So can we also collect these other coins (Ninja and Mona) somehow, or is it just understood that we cannot get them?
