The company has turned community capital into family capital. A family company that is kind and always makes their customers happy. There are always good reasons given on their part to buy time. Investors have gradually disappeared and become discouraged in this company. It's just kind company to their customers. For us, it's a very muddy company and investor treatment is nothing short of discouraging.
