I don't think that they are getting stable. They just dropped because of the massive hype that did happen end of 2017. Now people are in fear again, will sell low.
I am very confident that the market is getting bullish soon. I wouldn't miss that opportunity to buy low.

In my opinion right now is a good idea to buy some alts / eth. I don't think it will fall that much anymore - but we can never know.

Well at this point it is simply impossible to say that 80% of ICOs are scam. Most of the ICO started this year, most of them are still under development.
People are screaming scam after months after the ICO happened when there isn't a big profit or the price dropped.

Buy alts right now CAN be an option.
But as we have seen before, only when BTC goes up for some time, alts will follow. ...so you may wait till BTC starts to get bullish and keeps on that trend.

Dogecoin will never be the "new Bitcoin". Dogecoin is a meme, nothing more, nothing less. It's kind of ridiculous that this coin still exists to be honest.

LTC is great for fast transactions from exchange -> exchange for arbitrage. ...but all in all ETH is in my opinion the winner in terms of community, development and usecase.

HOLD, take a little amount to spread it to relatively risky projects, take another amount to spread your portfolio and you will be good imo

No it is never to late to invest in cryptocurrency. It's still in an early stage. Invest in project you really know and you think that it will be good.
There are so many bad or scammy projects that won't succeed. Read the whitepaper and keep informed.

I also wouldn't sell all of my altcoins. Everytime BTC goes up, you can see that immediately after that, altcoins are going up even more.

Look at your portfolio, spread it wisely and - if you can - buy some more BTC

The future of altcoins is great. You all need to know that this is just the beginning. Cryptocurrency is still under the radar but it gets more and more attention.

Market is pretty volatile now but I think that it will get better over time. ...the massive hype at the end of last year was pretty bad for the reputation.
Now it is starting to get better and better imo.
