So what's the hard cap on coins?

First Post says - Total Coins: 105,120,000 MONA
Mona Reddit says - Totalcoins: 168 million

Hi all, I'm a bit confused and could use some advice.

I've recently become interested in purchasing some Radium and had the intention of buying some then transferring them to cold storage.

When I generate an address on this paper wallet generator (single, paper, or bulk) then attempt to verify the WIF private key via "Wallet Details" it tells me it's not a valid private key. Why is that?
