Ok i just sold 150 dolars worth of btc on btc-e and transfered it to payeer but when i go to send it via paypal i imput how much i want and hit the "go next button" and it comes up with the error "Reserves are expected to be added here. Amount to be received should be less than 0 USD" how could i receive less than 0? help i really want my munnys. oh its probably pretty simple im just a newb so yeah Btw i live in the us.

Just wondering don't alt coins have some value because they are easy to mine and provide a competition for bit coin.

 I do fully realize that most of them will die but i do not believe they were only created to be pump and dump scams.

 A lot of people think they are which i do not really get. Anyway if someone feels differently can you please post an explanation.
