What is going on with this coin  Huh
It is selling at 475 satoshis now  Roll Eyes
So far this is the worst investment in an ICO for me.
I will cut my  loses and move on.

We are about 3 months in to the "start up" of this business.  Our purpose for the ICO was to raise funds for development/marketing and pick up people interested in the organization that may have resources at their disposal to help or at the very least provide support in promoting the site by word of mouth.  You are not investing in anything on this short of a timeline; you are basically day trading ICOs.
We are sorry this investment has not worked out for you.  We are working to build a business that is around for a long time with returns that will be realized for many years in to the future.  A lucrative short term ROI would be great, but it is not something we are working towards.
We want investors who are interested in the long game and add value to the organization.

As for the uncertainty, there is no way to remove that especially when it comes to investing in a start up.  The star up phase is the most profitable for investors for a reason, massive uncertainty and risk.  Remove those and you would be looking at making little to no money due to how capitalism and free markers work.

Every start up goes through struggles as well as a lot of learning through trial and error.  I am extremely confident in the current team's ability to develop and deliver a solid eSports betting platform.  However, we will need to add specialized positions as we begin to market, grow, and mature.  This is not a pain free ride, that is what CDs and savings accounts are for and why you probably won't beat inflation with theit returns.

We will continually be determining and revising various timelines for different biz dev plans and marketing methods/campaigns.  You all help us by spotting site bugs and keeping us aware of customer facing issues that are difficult to see from our position.  Your support in getting our name out there in the marketplace is also very important.
Let us know if you have unique ideas for how we could advertise the site or if you would like to help us in some manner (PM me)
We are going to get some things right and some things wrong on this journey, so just bear with us and help us by providing constructive criticism when you spot something.

Bisquick has it correct.  Does not matter when you purchased the tokens, only matters that your register the address(es) they are held in or hold them in the site wallet when it is available.

As for the need to register;  just wait until the new UI is released as we will have a system for registering addresses on the site.  You won't miss out on anything between now and then.

ranlo & mortare,

Please send a new email to support@gamebet.gg explaining the issue.
Also, provide your user name in the email so I don't have to search our system for your emails.

I will get this resolved right away, as soon as CryptoDev or Daily is awake.
We have taken support responses and management off of the devs plate as they are busy enough.
I will be tracking and responding to support@gamebet.gg issues.  CryptoDev and Daily will help me resolve the more complex problems that arise.

We apologize for the slow responses and appreciate your patience during this hectic phase of development.

Thank you.

We will tweak the language so that the entitlement of GBT owners to the 10% of profits is more apparent.  This is the first draft, so we will go through a couple more iterations before posting it to the new UI.

Something that needs to be addressed by the developers urgently. It's was asked at the beginning what are the legal protections that this profit share has for the investors?

There are pages of legal talk on the site clearly explaining the status of the gold and silver tokens on the site but no mention of GBT.

My concern is this and everyone who wants to hold this token long term that at any point in the future the developers could change the conditions even getting rid of the profit share scheme. The developers were very evasive of this question when asked and I think it's time it was addressed. It's simple, they add some legal protection for those who bought into the company or they don't. If they don't then actually you aren't protected or are future holders of the token....in fact they can be rendered worthless. This should of been addressed at ICO so now we are at Mercy of developers to legally put in place what they actually promised by word.

Balls in developers court now....

Since when is the there any legal protection for anything and anyone in virtual currencies? It is the wild west where you are lucky to wake up the next day. You put money into something and hope for the best as long as you never put in more than what you can afford to lose. It is just that some coins are clear losers and other ones show more potential.

Thats not correct. Gamebet is a registered company selling tokens as profit share. People need to know they don't legally own anything. Plus YES we can be protected legally...If the developers choose not to then its a choice. All Im asking for is to have legal backing to what I've been sold...its basic customer protection and anyone who argues against that has strange alter motives IMO. Your point about Crypto is misplaced. The whole point of Crypto is you absolutely own the coin and no business or counterparty can make your coin void....thats the whole point. I'm not suggesting we have some right to make money I'm saying IF i'm sold something by a legitimate registered company I want to ACTUALLY own it not as an act of kindness....Like I said the site has a whole page protecting their interests...lets see them protect ours also as a sign of trust and commitment.

Gamebet as we have been told has employed lawyers so adding our protection is a formality.

Dannyman -
I am looking in to adding language to the ToS to include the GBT and what it means for the owners of the token; or creating a separate statement.
I need to put together some more details, but we will have something available on the site by Thursday of this week.
We will also include the Costa Rican registration ID number and some of the documentation for GBT owners to view.

Long term we are looking in to moving to Panama, or one of the other foreign online gambling centers in order to gain more legitimacy.  Locations like Panama, Isle of Man, etc.. have more advanced online gambling regulatory environments and it is necessary to gain legitimacy in the online gambling world.  However, the monetary costs to do so are high, so this will be a long term plan as we "outgrow" our Costa Rican registration.

Sorry for the bad grammar, writing this up via my phone.
Please PM me if you have any other questions.

Things are coming together beautifully and at a solid pace.  You guys have put some serious work in to this venture.
I am excited about our partnership and look forward to creating more marketing content for the site.

I plan on using some of the money you guys have paid for my services to purchase a decent amount of GBT.  It is hard not to after working closely with your team.  Let me know if you have additional needs once I finish this Gamebet infographic video.

Now we just need to find a clever way to incorporate my drone capabilities in to your marketing material.  Aerial shots for LARP renactments of key tournament matches perhaps?   Grin

There is an option for using security keys when trying to log in to Google.

https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6103523?hl=en

Is it possible to use the HW.1 key to secure my Google account while also using it to secure my Bitcoin wallet?

So... There is a message when trying to withdraw which basically says the hot wallet is empty and the request will be processed once funds are moved from the cold wallet.

I have emailed Coinsortium with no response for two days.

Anyone from Coinsortium?  Please inform us what the hold up is and when this will be rectified.

Thank you.

This is crazy.  Everyone must realize at this point that the whole $20 was a blind shot at trying to hype the thing to $20. There is no way GAW will use their cash funds to create a floor.  Customers ("investors"...) should be very worried about GAW's leadership if they actually do use their cash to hold a $20 floor.

It is obvious at this point with the delays and third party exchange trading before Paybase release is them winging it and trying to milk it before they are forced in to opening Paybase.  That is the point at which they will have all sorts of BS terms for selling GAW your Paycoins for $20 a piece and the whole thing will begin to capsize.

More importantly than all of these "investors" losing their money is the damage GAW is going to do to the crypto currency industry.  Operations like this are the reason crypto will have more cumbersome regulations and take longer for adoption in order to clean up the name of crypto-currencies.

Ugghhhhh, this is making me sick.

I have a way to settle this once and for all.
Someone from GAW... give is a complete breakdown from beginning to end how your investment started, how it flowed through from hashlets different iterations, and to its current standing in XPY.  Give us a decent amount of dollar detail, since you would need to have a pretty detailed system of tracking to handle all of the new products your money would have had to flow through.

I can tell you there is now way I would have been able to keep track of all the moving goal posts, but there are more experienced people than I that may have done it.  The only way to know you made money is to track the details, otherwise you are making an assumption of being in the black which we all know assumptions may be problems when working in an environment emotionally charged with the two human motivations (fear and greed).
