Notice regarding Commencement of Repayments in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash
The Rehabilitation Trustee has been preparing to make repayments in Bitcoin and
Bitcoin Cash under the Rehabilitation Plan.
Now that these preparations are in place, the Rehabilitation Trustee will commence the
repayments in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash in due course to the cryptocurrency exchanges
with which the Rehabilitation Trustee has completed the exchange and confirmation of
the required information for implementing the repayments. The repayments will be made
from the beginning of July 2024.
We have taken time to ensure safe and reliable repayment to creditors, including
technical remedies for safe repayments, compliance with financial regulations in each
country, and discussion of repayment arrangements with the cryptocurrency exchanges.
We will commence the repayments in the order of the cryptocurrency exchanges with
which the Rehabilitation Trustee will complete the exchange and confirmation of the

Habe jetzt auch eine E-Mail von Mt. Gox und Kraken erhalten.

Also derzeit wird überprüft ob die hinterlegten Daten beim Claim System mit den bei der Börse Kraken übereinstimmen.

Habe vom Kraken Support die Bestätigung bekommen das mein Verifikation Level ausreichend ist und Sie die Daten an den Mt. Gox Trustee weitergegeben haben.

Also man darf gespannt sein wann dann der Bitcoin Teil der Rückzahlung kommt.

musste mir einen neuen Account machen.

Ich habe 1007,50€ von MT. Gox Trustee heute auf mein deutsches Sparkassen Konto überwiesen bekommen.

Ich hatte damals 2,27 BTC auf Mt. Gox.

Ist unglaublich habe das Geld schon abgeschrieben gehabt. Bin mal gespannt wann dann der Rest auf der Bitcoin Börse Kraken in Form von Bitcoin folgt.
