Re: I will hold my Alts but I do not care if the market goes to hell

I do not care either if the market goes to dust. I invested the money that I could afford to lose in the beginning and after that I only invested from mining or bounties.

It depends on the individual situation. You can keep averaging it down by throwing more money at it in the hope that six months down the line you will make a profit. Or cut your losses and invest in something else. If you can sleep easily by cutting your loses then you should sell. If you sleep easily by averaging it down and having a dream alive then should stay invested in a trade that is losing money.

Re: Ethereum Mining Now Close to Unprofitable, so what is best thing to do now?
by

Yes, you can test multiple things. Either lease your mining power where you get a better return then ethereum or mine another coin which is more profitable. Also, with price dropping, the difficulty decrease as well (hopefully) so you may get a bigger reward.

If you mean invest with my own money then no. But otherwise I do invest, mine and participate in bounty.

Re: KYC for Airdrops: A bad precedence

This is an ingenious idea for stealing identity Smiley. I am sure plenty of people would've submitted to get some free tokens. I am even against doing KYC for ICO. I can always get the token from exchange when it becomes available.

Well I agree and also bitcoin would be much better/safer bet than altcoins. Generally altcoins provide much better profit but higher loses as well.

The market is still uncertain. I wouldn't recommend buying altcoins with your hard earned money. You can buy it from crypto related income.

Re: Bounty Hunters Dump Always?
by

Bounty hunters gets fraction of total tokens out there. Even if every bounty hunter dumps the token doesn't mean price should go down if the project is strong enough. And even if it goes down then once the bounties are dumped it should come back up.

Well the crypto market has crashed already. However if it collapses or not is remains to be seen. There are plenty of factors that will decide this like regulation, anonymity, negative news coverage etc.

Re: I have received some tokens. Should I sell or hold?
by

Of course the company is going to state that the price is going to go up. That's how they can sell their tokens. Generally if you are unsure sell half or quarter of the total tokens received. You can make the decision about the rest at later time.

Re: Never Give Up on Your Dreams

It is true that never give up but what if you are on the wrong road itself. I am a decent tennis player because of years of practice and even though I love that sport, I am not cut out to be a pro tennis player. The important thing is also recognizing your limitation. If you consistently are making wrong investing decision then the problem may not be related to tough road. Unlike the picture you might be digging yourself deeper in the hole that you may not be able to get out.

Re: Can any ALTCOIN ever overtake Bitcoin ?

Bitcoin will remain on top. I used to believe that Ethereum is the only one that could overtake bitcoin in the future but now I am not quite sure if that it ever will.

Well I agree completely. I learned it the hard way. I am still hodling some of the shitcoins. In crypto I have seen that hodling doesn't work for most of the coins.

Re: [ask]Just Opinion Miners Vs Bounty
by
deepcryptomine

I do both. If you are new then you can earn something via bounty first and then can invest in mining gear. Also bounty keeps me track of current crypto news and projects.

Re: why people selling below ICO price and the future of ico ?
by
deepcryptomine
on 15/08/2018, 22:52:31 UTC
Most of the time people who sell below the ICO price are the bounty hunters. Also when the investors give up on a project then it is better to go out at 1/2 the price of ICO then 1/4th.

Why do you need the masternodes?  is it possible to make a lot of money on them? I think if you find coins with postmining it would be much cheaper. For example coin binance (BNB)

No it is not possible to make lot of money but yes you can still make some. Also if you have a laptop laying around then you can run masternode without any issues.
