This is maintenance release with updated checkpoints and a minor DeepSend bugfix.

This fixes rare issue when the DeepSend cluster is unable to agree on how to cancel DeepSend transaction that has timedout.

DeepSend Protocol Upgrade​
This release fixes an issue in DeepSend that where service nodes advertised them selfs with difference indexes resulting in an increasing number of nodes never being able to start the DeepSend process.
There is also a privacy update the will ensure that an address is never reused for a DeepSend transaction. This adds another of obfuscation to the process
